As the temperature drops, the summer-limited crayfish gradually fades out of the table. Songjiang Real Estate's freshwater Xiaoqinglong replaced it and became the new favorite of many diners before the fatty hairy crab appeared.
On the morning of September 3, the reporter came to the Shanghai Yuyue Aquatic Professional Cooperative located in Xiaokunshan Town. As far as the eye can see, the neat shrimp ponds are of clear water, coupled with the surrounding green grass, which is refreshing. There are several rectangular water basins side by side by the pond, holding the small green dragons that have just been caught in the early morning, all of them are fat and strong, waving double pincers, full of vitality.
Pick one from the basin and measure it randomly, about 20 cm in length. The appearance of the little green dragon is worthy of its name, the body is blue-green, similar to a lobster in the sea, and it is loved by consumers for its delicate meat and delicious taste. The reporter saw that the staff was packing and sealing Xiaoqinglong and sending it to various districts in Shanghai and Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui.
"Through the continuous optimization and improvement of breeding technology, the survival rate, quality and output of Xiaoqinglong have been greatly improved this year." Gu Yi, head of Shanghai Yuyue Aquatic Professional Cooperative, told reporters that this year's 100 acres of shrimp ponds adopt new greenhouse breeding technology, and the seedling release time is one month earlier than the traditional breeding method in previous years, so the overall listing time of Xiaoqinglong is also one month earlier, just to fill the gap of special aquatic products in the Mid-Autumn Festival in previous years.
