Recently, Ledao Automobile officially released the NT.Coconut coconut intelligent system. According to the official introduction, this is an intelligent system for the next ten years.
As the wave of intelligence intensifies, vehicle-related iterations are accelerating day by day, greatly improving the user experience. However, rapid technological advancement has also brought drawbacks, and new cars can become obsolete in just a few years.
In response to users' concern about the long-term value of automobiles, Ledao launched the NT.Coconut Coconut Intelligent System, aiming to achieve the goal of continuous use in the next ten years through its leading hardware and comprehensive applications.
The Coconut Intelligent System consists of three parts, namely the intelligent hardware architecture, the intelligent application, and the "SkyOS" global operating system for NIO's entire vehicle.
The intelligent hardware architecture determines the basic capabilities of the system. While continuous software upgrades can also bring performance improvements, if the hardware can't keep up, the benefits of software upgrades can't be fully utilized. The intelligent hardware architecture should not only ensure all-round and leading in the present, but also pave the way for continuous software iteration in the future.
Among them, at the level of domain controllers, the fully integrated regional control center is highly integrated to achieve accurate control of the actuators of the whole vehicle. The four-domain integrated intelligent central computing center integrates the computing resources of intelligent cockpit, intelligent driving, vehicle control and intelligent interconnection to realize the centralized management and optimization of key functions of the vehicle.
At the communication level, the intelligent computing communication architecture ensures the high-speed transmission of massive data between systems. Global FOTA makes it possible to upgrade the entire vehicle in just 30 minutes. The central cloud and edge cloud architecture significantly improved data processing speed and responsiveness, and the introduction of edge cloud reduced the communication latency to a minimum of 25 milliseconds, achieving a 50% reduction in end-to-end communication time. It improves the speed of mobile phone car control and battery swapping parking.
In terms of energy consumption, 100% of the low-voltage power supply structure of intelligent cutout switch can be used for a long standby period of 1000 days.
Smart applications are family-oriented and comprehensive. It includes an AI smart cabin that focuses on immersive audio-visual experience and comfort, AI Xiaole with multi-modal large models and personalized services, as well as Ledao intelligent driving OSD, and full-scene NOA pilot assistance, covering 726 cities across the country.
SkyOS is the core of the entire intelligent system. By connecting intelligent hardware, computing platforms, communication and energy systems at the bottom layer, the unified management and coordination of global applications such as vehicle connectivity, vehicle control, intelligent driving, digital cockpit, and mobile phone applications are realized. It has the advantages of high bandwidth, low latency, large computing power and heterogeneous hardware, cross-domain integration, flexible and continuous evolution, high reliability, and information security.
It is reported that the coconut intelligent system will be first launched in the Ledao L60 model, positioned as a 200,000-level mid-size SUV, and will be officially launched in late September.
The leading intelligent hardware architecture and comprehensive intelligent applications support the concept of "leading in 3-5 years and easy to use in 10 years". With the launch of the L60, the actual performance of the coconut intelligent system will be tested. As for whether it can actually last for ten years, let's wait and see.
