A yellow warning for typhoons was issued
Affected by Typhoon "Bebinca", the 13th typhoon this year, it is expected that from the night of the 15th to the 16th, there will be 11-12 gusts and 13 local gusts on land in southern Jiangsu, about 13 in rivers, lakes and reservoirs, 8-10 between Jianghuai and 6-7 in other areas. During the typhoon period, there were heavy rains, localized heavy rains, moderate to heavy rain between Jianghuai and Jianghuai, accompanied by convective weather such as thunder and lightning and short-term heavy precipitation with an hourly rain intensity of 40-60 mm.

2. Stop indoor and outdoor large gatherings and outdoor dangerous operations such as high altitude.

According to China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd., affected by Typhoon No. 13 "Bebinca", in order to ensure the safety of railway transportation and passenger travel, the railway department plans to temporarily suspend some passenger trains passing through the Xiaoyong Line from September 15 to 16, and some passenger trains passing through the Shanghai-Kunming Line, Xuanhang Line and Shanghai-Nanjing Line on September 16.
According to Shanghai Railway Station, affected by Typhoon No. 13 "Bebinca", in order to ensure the safety of railway transportation and passenger travel, Shanghai Railway Station plans to temporarily suspend some passenger trains such as K234, Z196 and K379 passing through the Shanghai-Kunming Line and Shanghai-Nanjing Line on September 16.
In the next step, the railway department will pay close attention to the changes in the path of the typhoon, and take measures such as suspending, adding, and resuming operation in a timely manner according to the actual situation such as wind speed and rainfall and the degree of impact of the disaster, and dynamically adjust the train operation plan to ensure the safe travel needs of passengers.
