The Central Financial Work Conference clearly pointed out that "do a good job in science and technology finance, green finance, inclusive finance, pension finance, and digital finance". It is required to continuously improve the ability of financial services through digital and intelligent means to promote the high-quality development of finance. Recently, the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform in an All-round Way and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization" proposes to strengthen high-quality financial services for major strategies, key areas and weak links.
The CNCC2024 Digital Finance Forum, jointly organized by the CCF Digital Finance Branch and Ant Consumer Finance, will discuss how to use advanced technology tools such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and blockchain to empower science and technology in depth, and better serve the five major articles of science and technology finance, green finance, inclusive finance, pension finance, and digital finance, and discuss the relationship between them and how to develop them in tandem. The forum invited five senior experts from academia and industry to share cutting-edge technology progress and latest application practices from the perspectives of multi-granularity intelligent computing, federal security and privacy, security and application of large models in the financial field, and digital technology empowering consumer finance. The forum also invited a number of heavyweight guests to participate in a roundtable discussion on how artificial intelligence can help the new wave of digital finance.

He is currently the vice president of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), the chairman of the Chongqing Artificial Intelligence Society (CQAAI), and a fellow of IRSS/CAAI/CCF. He has been engaged in the research of rough sets, granular computing, knowledge discovery, data mining, cognitive computing, big data intelligence, etc., presided over a number of national major/key scientific research projects such as the National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, published more than 400 research papers, and published more than 30 monographs (including edited works); He has won more than 10 awards such as the second prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award; Selected into a number of national talent programs.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the contradiction between computer intelligent computing and human brain cognitive processing, and puts forward the scientific problems that need to be solved in artificial intelligence research. By integrating the human cognitive mechanism (the "large-scale first" cognitive principle from coarse-grained to fine-grained in human visual cognition) and the computer information processing mechanism (the information space transformation process from fine-grained to coarse-grained in computer information processing), a multi-granularity cognitive computing model is proposed from the interdisciplinary direction of cognitive intelligent computing. Combined with multi-granularity cognitive computing, the interpretability problem in machine learning is discussed from the perspective of human cognitive understanding. The current research progress is introduced in combination with the application of the industry field.

He has won 4 first prizes of natural science in Shaanxi Province, presided over more than 30 projects such as the National Key R&D Program, the National Defense Foundation Strengthening Program, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and formulated 5 international/industry/group standards. Abstract: Large model technologies led by deep learning and GPT have opened a new era of AI research, but under the beautiful model blueprint, attackers may also take advantage of the vulnerability of the model to bring serious threats to personal security, social security, and even national security. This report will analyze various challenges to the security and privacy of AI algorithms from the perspectives of model confidentiality, integrity, and privacy, and discuss popular research issues such as algorithm privacy leakage, model stealing, adversarial attacks, backdoor threats, output security, fairness and bias, and their practice in financial scenarios.
