Kangbashi's "Time Messenger"

The Red Seal Years:

Kangbashi's poem of butterfly transformation

Kangbashi's "Time Messenger"

In the depths of the Habagshi exhibition hall in memory, there are countless old seals, which carry the growth story of Kangbashi District and witness the gorgeous changes of this land.

Liu Xianghong, deputy director of the Habagshi Sub-district Office:

These official seals are like messengers of time, and each one confirms the gorgeous transformation of Kangbashi from an obscure wasteland village to a prosperous and brilliant modern new city.

These official seals can be traced back to the 70s of the twentieth century, when Kangbashi was subordinate to the Yijin Horo Banner and was one of the many rural towns dominated by agriculture and animal husbandry. At that time, these seemingly inconspicuous official seals were a symbol of authority in the hearts of the villagers. It has witnessed the leap from the initial agricultural civilization to the first step of modern development.

Kangbashi's "Time Messenger"

Guo Zhizheng, former director of Budi Village, Habageshi Street, Kangbashi New District:

Kangbashi was originally called Habaghi Township, and these official seals played a great role at that time, such as family planning services, children's settlement, and land contracting, all of which belonged to the management of these official seals.

With the wheels of the times rolling forward, these official seals have also witnessed the new journey of Kangbashi's rapid development. From Habaghi Township to Qingchunshan Economic Development Zone, Kangbashi New District Management Committee and then to Kangbashi District, from being subordinate to Yijin Horo Banner to being assigned to Dongsheng District for management, and then to the establishment of the New District Management Committee, it finally became the 103rd county-level administrative region of the autonomous region. The spring breeze of reform and development has blown green the former wasteland, and also brought prosperity and development of the city.

Kangbashi's "Time Messenger"

Zhang Yichang, former director of Zhaizita Village, Habaghi Street, Kangbashi New District:

In 2000, Habaghi Township was established as Qingchunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, and in 2004, it was changed to Kangbashi New District, in this process, this small official seal played a vital role, witnessing the Kangbashi people from the countryside to the city, from poverty to wealth.

From an obscure rural town to a modern Rosewood New Town, these official seals not only record the charm of Kangbashi, but also testify to the unity and unremitting pursuit of a better life by the people of Kangbashi. They bear witness to the past and illuminate the future.

Liu Xianghong, deputy director of the Habagshi Sub-district Office:

Every time I see these official seals, I feel a great responsibility on my shoulders. We must inherit the spirit of our predecessors and continue to contribute to the future of Kangbashi.
