GH5188 exhibits good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature, including high strength, good toughness and fatigue resistance. Its typical mechanical properties are as follows:

· 伸长率:≥45%(室温)
· Endurance: 166 MPa at 927°C for σ/MPa and 23 hours for t/h
Heat treatment properties
The heat treatment of GH5188 usually includes solution treatment and aging treatment. Solution treatment can improve its plasticity and toughness, while aging treatment can improve its strength and hardness. The temperature range of solution treatment is 1170~1190°C, and the aging treatment is carried out at different temperatures as needed
3. Processing and welding performance
GH5188 has good processing properties and can be formed by forging, rolling and other processes. The welding performance of the alloy is also good, but it is necessary to pay attention to preheating and post-welding heat treatment when welding to avoid cracks. TIG welding is the recommended welding method to achieve joint properties similar to those of the base material
