Recently, the main structure of the Xinbei Road Station of the sixth bid section of the B1 line of Tianjin Binhai New Area Rail Transit, which was constructed by Tianjin Binhai New Area Rail Transit Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and undertaken by China Construction Sixth Bureau, was capped, marking a breakthrough in the construction of the project.
Xinbei Road Station is located at the intersection of Xinbei Road and Hebei West Road, and is arranged in a north-south direction. The station is a 12m wide island platform two-storey double-column three-span structure, with a total length of 253.2m, which adopts the open-cut method of construction, which will provide more convenient transportation for the surrounding residents after completion, and has an important role in promoting the planning and development of Binhai New Area.
Since the start of the project, all the staff have worked together, walked in unison, and "run" to enter the site, efficiently completed the expropriation work of the vegetable market on Xinbei Road, and carried out the construction of wall masonry, site leveling, and water and electricity access in advance, so as to create favorable conditions for the subsequent substantive construction. During the construction process, the project team reversed the construction plan, closely connected the processes of each node, competed for time, rushed to progress, and tackled difficult points, ensuring the rapid and orderly progress of the project, and successfully completed multiple node tasks such as ground connecting walls, uplift piles, end reinforcement, yin corner reinforcement, foundation pit excavation, first section bottom plate pouring, and roof capping.
The project team adheres to the support of the "four new technologies", continuously optimizes the process flow and technical means, implements effective policies according to the characteristics of the station, and uses large steel molds to replace wood formwork, so as to improve the integrity of the structure, reduce resource loss, and achieve green construction. In the dust and noise reduction, energy conservation and emission reduction, civilized construction and other aspects of the comprehensive force, from the material management, key indicators management, personnel and technical management and other aspects of the set up special measures, and by the supervision of special personnel to ensure that the station structure to achieve the expected goals, and strive to create no leakage, no water accumulation of high-quality structural engineering.
At present, the shield machines at the north and south ends of the section from Yunshan Road Station to Xinbei Road Station of the sixth bid section of Tianjin Binhai New Area Rail Transit Line B1 have been successfully launched. The capping of the main structure of Xinbei Road Station provides a solid construction foundation for the subsequent receiving operation of the shield project.
