Recently, "5D Investigation" found on the Black Cat complaint platform that some consumers complained about the problem of delayed refunds on Dahe Ticketing Network.
Mr. Shen from Shenzhen complained that on June 15, he bought two tickets for Andy Lau's concert through the Dahe ticketing app, spending a total of 5,160 yuan. Later, due to his personal reasons, he applied for a refund on the Dahe Ticketing APP on July 30, and the refund was approved on the same day, showing that the refund was received within 30 working days.
However, the refund still did not arrive after 30 working days, so Mr. Shen communicated with customer service on September 22. The customer service refused the refund and stated that "the money will definitely be refunded", saying that the refund will be completed by November 15.

Mr. Shen said, "I can't accept such a delay and ask for an immediate refund. And I found that many people are in the same situation as me, and they have never received a refund. ”
In this regard, "5D Investigation" called the refund hotline of Dahe Ticketing Network to understand the situation. After verifying the customer's information, the customer service immediately said that the refund would be made within seven days. However, the customer service did not reply to the reason for the failure to refund in time.
After learning the result, Mr. Shen said that he was willing to wait for seven days and would continue to complain if the refund could not arrive on time.
The 5D Survey noted that Mr. Shen's experience was not unique. As of September 24th, it was found in the black cat complaint search that the cumulative number of complaints about "Dahe Ticketing Network" was as high as 22,201, and most of the reasons for complaints were "delayed refunds", "refunds are not processed", etc., among which some users said that they had not received refunds for more than half a year after applying for refunds, and the customer service attitude was bad in communication.
According to the information on the official website, Dahe Ticketing Network is a comprehensive entertainment ticketing marketing platform, established in May 2019, and the company's chairman and general manager is Li Jianke. Its main business covers performance ticket agent sales, performance project planning and promotion, performance investment, scenic spot ticket agent sales, etc., and claims to be the largest performing arts ticket sales website in Henan Province.
"5D Investigation" inquired about Aiqicha and found that the name of the filing website corresponding to the domain name "www.dahepiao.com" of "Dahe Ticketing Network" is "Henan Hanzhuo Culture Communication Co., Ltd."
It is worth mentioning that in recent years, there have been many reports on the Internet such as its "ticket sales violations", "temporary price increase", and "difficulty in refunding". On April 1 this year, River Ticketing Network was fined 580 yuan by the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism for selling tickets without approval in the commercial performance activities of Zhang Huimei's Hangzhou concert, Zhang Huimei's Zhengzhou concert, and Deng Ziqi's Quanzhou concert.
On December 26, 2023, Dahe Ticketing was fined 60,000 yuan by the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, for violating the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Administration of For-profit Performances" by Henan Hanzhuo Culture Communication Co., Ltd. for changing the program and not re-submitting it for approval.
In November of the same year, Dahe Ticketing Network was exposed by The Paper News and delayed refunds after failing to issue tickets.
