On September 29, a reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned from the media briefing on the National Day cultural and tourism activities in Yanqing District that during the "Eleventh" holiday, Yanqing District will launch a cultural tourism "feast", including more than 100 wonderful activities such as red leaf appreciation, outdoor competition, agricultural experience, performing arts activities, food feasts and high-end accommodation.

Located in the northwest of Beijing, Yanqing District has a high altitude, low temperatures, and a large temperature difference between day and night, resulting in earlier and more brilliant autumn colors than the urban area. In particular, the 18th Red Leaf Ecological and Cultural Festival held in the Red Leaf Ridge Scenic Area of Badaling Forest Park allows tourists to stroll among the red leaves forest and feel the poetic beauty of "pieces dyed with autumn frost, branches reflecting the sunset".
