On October 6, the Chuxiong Management and Protection Bureau of Ailao Mountain Nature Reserve issued the "Notice to Visitors to the Chuxiong Prefecture Area of Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan".

In order to further standardize the management of visitors in the jurisdiction of Chuxiong Prefecture of Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan, protect the safety of environmental resources in the jurisdiction, maintain biodiversity, strictly prevent forest fires, and ensure the safety of visitors, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the National Nature Reserve, the following notice is hereby given:

1. It is strictly forbidden for any unit or individual to enter the jurisdiction of Chuxiong Prefecture in Yunnan Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve without authorization. Indigenous peoples in protected areas and nature reserve managers are excluded.

2. No one is allowed to enter the core area of Chuxiong Prefecture in the Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan. For the needs of scientific research, those who must enter the core area to engage in scientific research, observation and investigation activities shall submit an application and activity plan to the Chuxiong Management and Protection Bureau of the Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan Province in advance, and be approved by the Chuxiong Forestry and Grassland Bureau.

It is forbidden to carry out tourism, production and business activities in the buffer zone under the jurisdiction of Chuxiong Prefecture of the Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan. For the purpose of teaching and scientific research, it is necessary to enter the buffer zone to engage in non-destructive scientific research, teaching practice and specimen collection activities, and shall submit an application and activity plan to the Chuxiong Management and Conservation Bureau of the Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan Province in advance, and be approved by the Chuxiong Forestry and Grassland Bureau. Units and individuals engaged in scientific research activities shall submit copies of their scientific research results to the Chuxiong Management and Protection Bureau of the Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan.

Those who need to enter the experimental area under the jurisdiction of Chuxiong Prefecture of Yunnan Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve to carry out visits and tourism activities shall submit an application and activity plan to the Chuxiong Management and Protection Bureau of Yunnan Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in advance, and after approval by the Chuxiong Forestry and Grassland Bureau, strictly follow the approved plan and obey the management of Chuxiong Management and Protection Bureau of Yunnan Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve.

3. The Chuxiong Prefecture of the Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan Province has not carried out visits and tourism activities, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the reserve without authorization to carry out various activities such as hiking, hiking, expansion sports, mountaineering, exploration, crossing, camping, etc.

4. The indigenous inhabitants in the nature reserve and those who have been approved to enter the nature reserve must strictly abide by the laws, regulations and management systems of the nature reserve, and accept the management of the Chuxiong Management and Protection Bureau of the Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan. Those who violate the provisions shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the nature reserve.

(1) It is forbidden to carry out activities such as logging, grazing, hunting, fishing, collecting medicines, reclamation, burning, mining, quarrying, and sand digging in nature reserves.

(2) It is forbidden to smoke, light fires, barbecue, picnics, etc. in the wild in the reserve.

(3) It is forbidden to discharge, litter and dump garbage in nature reserves.

(4) It is forbidden to bring alien organisms, flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive and other items into the nature reserve.

(5) It is forbidden to place commemorative signs in nature reserves, and it is forbidden to install other facilities and equipment without approval and consent.

(6) Visitors who have been approved to enter the nature reserve shall take care of the wild animals and plants in the nature reserve, and shall not dig wild plants, pick flowers and fruits, collect various wild animal and plant specimens without authorization, and shall not feed wild animals. Visitors who harass or frightens wild animals in any way, deliberately harms wild animals and plants, or otherwise damages the ecology and environmental resources of the reserve shall bear legal responsibility.

5. If a foreigner enters the Chuxiong Prefecture area of the Ailao Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan, the receiving unit shall report to the State Forestry and Grassland Administration for approval. Foreigners entering nature reserves shall abide by the laws, regulations and regulations related to nature reserves. Without approval, it is not allowed to engage in specimen collection and other activities in nature reserves.

6. Visitors who have been approved to enter the nature reserve should ensure their own safety and be responsible for their own actions, and in the event of an accident, they should actively carry out self-rescue, and at the same time seek help from the nearest nature reserve management agency, local party committee and government, and public security organs, but the visitors should bear the consequences of property loss, rescue costs, and even personal injury or death.
