At the same time, by thermal curing of resin, the upper and lower substrates can be bonded, fixed, and sealed together at the physical level, so it has the "electrical anisotropy" of longitudinal conductivity and transverse insulation between the electrodes of the upper and lower substrates.
In most devices with displays, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and TVs, ACF materials are used for electrical connections and physical fixation between LCD/OLED substrates, ICs, flexible circuit boards, and circuit boards.
