After the police of the Shaowu Public Security Traffic Police Brigade arrived at the scene, they used a breath alcohol tester to test the content of the party Guo, and the results showed that the alcohol content in the man's body was 272 milligrams per 100 milliliters of blood. Later, the brigade took blood and sent it to the Fujian Wuyi Judicial Appraisal Institute for identification, and the results showed that its ethanol content was 331.6mg/100ml, which was drunk driving a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police also found that on May 24, 2021, Guo was caught in a traffic accident while driving a motor vehicle while drunk in Guangguang County, and his motor vehicle driver's license is now revoked.

At present, the Shaowu City Public Security Traffic Police Department has filed a criminal case against Guo for his unlicensed and drunk driving violations, and the case is still being further handled.
