The market bottomed out and rebounded throughout the day, with the three major indexes all rising more than 2%. On the disk, Huawei's concept stocks broke out across the board, military stocks rose intraday, and cross-border payment concept stocks were repeatedly active. On the whole, stocks rose more and fell less, and more than 5,000 stocks rose in the whole market.
In terms of ETF gains, CSI A100ETF funds rose by the limit, and ETFs such as software and financial technology rose by more than 7%.
It is worth noting that as of the close, the premium of the CSI A100ETF Fund exceeded 32%, and the full-day turnover was less than 10 million yuan. Fund companies continue to issue premium risk warnings, and investors may face large losses if they buy at a high premium.
For the technology sector, some brokerages said that the technology industry is a follow-up investment sector with both offense and defense: 1) policy expectations are warming, and the technology sector has strong valuation elasticity; 2) The gradual implementation of policies such as the data industry is expected to boost the future performance elasticity and revenue expectations of AI-related companies; 3) The technology sector has long benefited from AI-driven productivity improvement, and the successful experience of the United States data intelligence industry chain is worth learning from China; 4) The Fed's interest rate cut is expected to help improve liquidity and increase valuations in global software, Internet and other industries.
Optimistic about the entire technology sector as the direction of subsequent positioning, it is recommended to focus on investment opportunities in the Internet, software, and smart cars (autonomous driving + battery industry chain).
In terms of decline, the concept sector of central state-owned enterprises weakened, and related ETFs were among the top decliners.
Some brokerages said that combined with the judgment of the market valuation range and the future market slope, it is recommended that the allocation style can be appropriately adjusted from "aggressive" in the early stage to "seeking progress in stability". The current A-share market is ushering in a round of "confidence revaluation bull", which will reflect the confidence of global funds in China's economic outlook and Chinese assets. The fundamental verification of this round of bull market takes time and will not be done in one step, investors should have confidence in the bull market in the early stage and be patient in the medium term.
