Known for his unique insights and hardcore novel settings, Jiang Bo has won numerous awards in the field of science fiction literature, winning the China Science Fiction Galaxy Award seven times, winning the Global Chinese Nebula Gold Award four times, and his works such as "Heart of the Galaxy" trilogy and "Machine Gate" are widely acclaimed.

Xiao Qian, a physics teacher at Hangzhou Normal University, said she had dreamed of becoming a science fiction writer since she was a child. When she was in junior high school, she tried to write nearly 200,000 words, but academic pressure put her dream on hold for the time being. The lecture rekindled her passion, especially the idea of combining science fiction creation with physics education.
