2.2 Replenishment operation method.

2.2.1 Confirm that the liquid in the liquid supply device is the liquid to be filled.

2.2.2 Confirm that the upper and lower valves (V-9, V-11) of the liquid removal level gauge have been opened, and the rest of the valves are in the closed position.

2.2.3 Open the venting valve V-13 of the inner device, and vent the pressure of the inner device. 2.2.7 When filling, attention should be paid to the tank pressure gauge P-1.

2.2.8 Open the pipeline residual liquid discharge valve V-3, discharge the residual liquid in the infusion metal hose and the upper inlet pipe, half-close the top V-2 and V-3, and then close the V-13.

2.2.9 Loosen the joint between the infusion hose and the filling port C-1 of the cryogenic storage tank, defrost the surface of the hose, and remove the hose after it returns to normal.

2.3 Operation method of gas supply

2.3.1 Confirm that the other valves are closed except for the upper and lower valves of the level gauge (V-9, V-11) that have been opened.

2.3.2 Open the return valve V-6, the additional opening valve V-5, and the liquid outlet valve V-7 in turn.

2.3.3 When the required amount of gas has been output, or the cryogenic storage tank should be closed without stopping the gas delivery for a long time, close the liquid outlet valve V-7, open the valve, and then close the return valve V-6 after 15~20 minutes.

2.4 Cryogenic pump liquid supply operation method

2.4.1 Confirm that the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge (V-9, V-11) have been opened, and the other valves are in the closed position.

2.4.2 Open the return valve V-6 and increase the valve V-5 in turn. According to the operating procedures of the cryogenic liquid pump, open the pump inlet valve and the pump return valve, start the cryogenic liquid pump, the outlet end of the cryogenic liquid pump is to output high-pressure cryogenic liquid, through the vaporizer, into the filling system, can transport high-pressure gas, fill high-pressure gas cylinders, etc.

2.4.3 The cryogenic storage tank will automatically transport the cryogenic liquid to the inlet end of the cryogenic pump at constant pressure according to the user's set pressure.

2.4.4 At the end of gas filling, close the cryogenic pump according to the operating procedures of the cryogenic pump, and close the inlet end and pump return valve.

2.4.5 Close the additional opening valve V-5 of the cryogenic storage tank, and then close the return valve V-6 after 10-20 minutes.

2.5 Operation method of cryogenic liquid spraying system

2.5.1 Confirm that except for the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge (V-9, V-11) have been opened, the rest of the valves are in the closed position, and the return valve V-6 and V-5 are opened in turn.

2.5.2 Open the valve supplying liquid to the cryogenic liquid spraying system and start to deliver the cryogenic liquid to the cryogenic liquid spraying system.

2.5.3 After the cryogenic spraying system is finished, close the valve of the storage tank to supply liquid to the cryogenic liquid spraying system. Close the additional opening valve V-5 of the cryogenic storage tank, and then close the return valve V-6 after 10-20 minutes.

2.6 Liquid supply operation method

2.6.1 Use rubber pipes or metal pipes (such as copper pipes and metal hoses) to connect V-4 to small containers. Open the vent valve.

2.6.2 Slowly open the filling valve V-4 of the small container, and the filling process should be stable to prevent the splashing of cryogenic liquids. Close the filling valve V-4 after the container is filled.

2.7 Operation method of filling cryogenic liquid from cryogenic storage tank to tanker:

2.7.1 Confirm that the cryogenic liquid of the cryogenic storage tank is the medium to be filled by the tanker.

2.7.2 Confirm that the cryogenic storage tank is in the closed position except for the pressure gauge V-12 and the upper and lower valves of the level gauge (V-9, V-11) that have been opened.

2.7.3 Use an infusion hose to connect the tank filling port C-1 with the tanker filling port.

2.7.4 Open the return valve V-6 and increase the opening valve V-5, and the inner chamber of the cryogenic storage tank begins to pressurize, and the pressure is lower than the maximum working pressure of the cryogenic storage tank.

2.7.5 Open the bottom liquid inlet and outlet valve V-1, that is, start to infuse the tanker, according to the operation procedures of the tanker to fill the cryogenic liquid, and correctly operate the valve pipeline system of the tanker to fill the cryogenic liquid.

2.7.6 After the tanker is full, immediately close the liquid inlet and outlet valve V-1 at the bottom of the tank.

2.7.7 Close the cryogenic storage tank opening valve V-5, and then close the return valve V-6 after 5~6 minutes.

2.7.8 Open the residual liquid discharge valve V-3 of the cryogenic storage tank pipeline, discharge the gas and liquid in the hose, and disassemble the infusion hose after the hose is restored to flexibility. End of operation.

2.8 Operation method of pressurized control valve R-1:

2.8.1 Determine the set pressure of the booster control valve R-1.

2.8.2 Confirm that the cryogenic storage tank is closed except for the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge (V-9, V-11) that have been opened.

2.8.3 Pressure adjustment of the booster control valve R-1 setting. Observe the readings of the pressure gauge P-1. If the pressure is higher than the set pressure of the booster regulating valve R-1, the opening valve V-5 is closed, the venting valve V-13 of the inner receiver is opened, and when the pressure is equal to the set pressure of R-1, the venting valve V-13 of the inner receiver is closed. If the pressure is lower than the set pressure of the increasing regulating valve R-1, tighten the adjusting screw of R-1 to make the tank force rise slowly; When the pressure of the cryogenic storage tank is equal to the set pressure of R-1, close the additional opening valve V-5.

2.8.4 When the temperature of the additional opening valve V-5 and the booster regulating valve R-1 rises to the ambient temperature, the adjusting screw of the pressurized regulator R-1 is closed when loosened outward.

2.8.5 Open the additional opening valve V-5 in small increments, tighten the adjusting screw of R-1, and stop the adjusting screw of R-1 when the booster regulating valve R-1 is opened. and tighten the adjusting screw of the R-1.

2.8.6 Review the set pressure of R-1. Open the venting valve V-13 of the inner chamber to reduce the pressure of the cryogenic storage tank; WHEN THE PRESSURE DROPS TO 0.1MPA LOWER THAN THE SET PRESSURE OF THE BOOSTER REGULATOR R-1, THE INNER CHAMBER VENT VALVE V-13 IS CLOSED. 3.2 Daily inspection

3.2.1 Check whether all valves are in open and closed state.

3.2.2 Check whether the pressure gauge of the liquid level gauge is normal.

3.2.3 Check pipelines, joints and valves for leakage and blockage.

3.2.4 Check whether the pressure of the cryogenic storage tank is normal, when the pressure of the cryogenic storage tank is close to or equal to the maximum working pressure, the inner cylinder venting valve V-13 must be opened to relieve pressure.

Leakage treatment method for cryogenic storage tanks and cryogenic gas cylinders

1. Immediately stop the supply of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, open and blow out the liquid and immediately notify the dispatch of the need for fire and ambulance personnel to enter the accident scene;

2. Encircle the scene, prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the accident area, and set up a warning area to prevent personnel from entering by mistake; Prevent static electricity, ignition sources, etc., and immediately remove flammable substances from the surroundings, do not absorb with sawdust or other combustible absorbents, and never spray water directly on liquids.
