How to do it

3, a bag of fish sauerkraut cut in half, wash and cut into chunks, tofu washed and cut into large pieces, tomatoes washed and sliced, bean sprouts washed, oyster mushrooms washed and torn into small pieces, wood ear foam after washing clean to remove the stem.
4: Heat the oil in the pot, add the dried chili peppers, ginger and garlic slices to burst the aroma. Then add the chopped sauerkraut and stir-fry.
5: After stir-frying the sauerkraut until fragrant, add boiling water.
6: After the water boils, add oyster mushrooms and tofu and cook for 4 or 5 minutes.
7: Cook the marinated pork belly piece by piece into a boiling pot, then add the bean sprouts and fungus and continue to cook for 4 or 5 minutes.
8: Finally, put the sliced tomatoes into the pot, cook for two minutes, add salt and chicken essence to taste, and the meat and bean blossoms will be ready.
9: Put chili noodles, cooked white sesame seeds, green onion, chopped coriander, sesame oil, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a bowl, stir well.
