According to the relevant person in charge of the Fangshan Restaurant, the 95th anniversary birthday banquet of Fangshan will also be customized for consumers.

According to reports, The Fangshan Restaurant also launched the 95th anniversary commemorative mooncake and three palace dim sum gift boxes. Among the three gift boxes, one is the "Royal Sea Bafang" gift box, and the other is the "Nan crisp four Rui" gift box. There is also a gift box called "Royal Sea Dining Edge", which is a joint product with Beihai Park, customized at the restaurant site, and contains 8 kinds of snacks such as pea yellow, bergamot crisp, donkey roll, small nest head, emerald peach heart and so on.

In 1979, Fangshan Restaurant launched a representative banquet of the Qing imperial diet to fill the Han dynasty. However, because the ingredients involved in the Manchu Han full table are particularly precious, and some meats even involve the protection of animals, in order to protect these rare animals and plants, the Fangshan restaurant only retains some of the dishes in the Manchu Han whole table, and the "whole table" is no longer made.

Sun Xinmin, chef of Fangshan Restaurant, introduced that the "Jade Palm Sacrifice Shou" originally used bear paws as the main ingredient, but bears are wild protected animals, and bear paws have long been unusable, so this time they will be replaced by camel paws. Li Wen, head chef of Fangshan Restaurant, said that the "four joy dumplings of the palace" should be made of "Cheng noodles" in flour. Four joy dumplings dividends, green, yellow, white four colors, so the name of four joys, meaning festive, auspicious, ruyi, beautiful. This dish is a complicated process, and the four joy dumplings required for a birthday feast usually take more than an hour to cook.
