don't underestimate the liberal arts (Han Shishan/Wen).

Thanks for the introduction, but I would like to say that it is all over the clouds. Now my real identity is that of an old man who has been retired for twelve years, living in Beijing, and taking care of his grandson with his wife and children. If there is anything else I need to add, there are only two points: I was a middle school Chinese teacher who taught books for more than ten years; and then, earlier, I was an excellent middle school student and an excellent middle school student. This middle school is the Kangjie Middle School in Yuncheng, our province, and from 1962 to 1965, I attended high school there. Saying that I was a fairly good middle school student, the evidence was that in the 1965 college entrance examination, the foreign language test, we studied Russian, I scored 99 points. I saw a classmate at the bottom skimming his lips: So low! You know, we were on a 100-point scale, you're on a 150-point scale, what's the total? One point tops one point five points, and my 99 points is 148.5 points. I hope that when you take the college entrance examination, foreign languages can get such a "low" score. Okay, without further ado, let's talk.
The title of my talk is "Don't Underestimate the Liberal Arts". You will be suspicious when you hear it, should you encourage us to apply for the college entrance examination and liberal arts colleges? There is this meaning, but not all of it, or the main meaning is not this meaning; on the contrary, I would like to emphasize that students who study science should not underestimate the liberal arts.
Over the years, people in the society often say "Qian Xuesen's question", what is going on? This matter is related to Premier Wen Jiabao. During the New Year's Festival, most of the leaders of the country will personally visit some elderly scientists and professors. On the eve of the August 1st Founding Day in 2005, when then-Premier Wen Jiabao visited Qian Xuesen (Qian had a military position), Qian told Wen: None of the students trained for so many years have academic achievements that can be compared with the masters cultivated during the Republic of China period. He also said, why do our schools always fail to produce outstanding talents?
This is "Qian Xuesen's question". Some people who know Mr. Qian said that the answer to this question is clear to Mr. Qian, but it is not easy to say clearly, so he asked the question. Mr. Qian is not easy to say, and we are not easy to say. This is always a problem. There are some things that are not easy to say, and there are things that can be said clearly. Many people want to try to answer this question at the level of being able to say clearly, for example, some say that university disciplines are too finely divided, and some say that research institutions lack competition mechanisms. I read it, and I think there is some truth, but they don't talk about "phase" - this is the Jinnan dialect, which means that they have not mentioned the key points and key points. What's the point? It is today's scientific researchers, the liberal arts are not good; not when I was in college, the liberal arts were not good, it was not good in the liberal arts from an early age, at least not in the middle school period. The liberal arts are not good, what does it have to do with scientific research? The liberal arts are not good, the thinking training is not good, and the perception of discipline research is not good. Perception is not good, can only do mechanical things, it is difficult to have a breakthrough in research, let alone invention and creation.
Some people may disagree. Let's put this topic aside and say something else. In math class, the teacher will most likely mention the world's unsolved mathematical problems, and will talk about the Goldbach conjecture. When I was writing this lecture in Beijing, I looked it up, and there were still ten mathematical problems that had not been solved. The first is the Koraz conjecture, the second is the Goldbach conjecture, the third is the twin prime conjecture, the fourth is the Riemann conjecture, and the fifth is the Bech and Swinathorn-Dyer conjecture. There are several in the back, the name is not called "conjecture", the meaning is also conjecture, such as the sixth kissing number problem, listening to it is also a conjecture. Notice no, why are these world-class mathematical problems called conjectures? It is clear at first, because they are all enlightened and considered correct, but they cannot be empirically verified. Empirical evidence becomes a theorem, and it is not called conjecture. What is enlightenment? It is imagination, that is to say, the mathematician who proposes these conjectures, his imagination is very strong, even amazing.
Another problem is also enlightened, not mathematical, but artistic. I love to write brush words, and if I don't write well, I just like it. I am not ready to post, but I am willing to explore the truth of writing, and I want to understand it by pressing and turning. Dong Qichang was a great calligrapher of the Ming Dynasty, and he had a copy of "Essays on the Zen Room of Enlightenment", which wrote about his understanding of calligraphy. One of them says: "Yu Xueshu has realized calligraphy for thirty years, and those who cannot be empirical are self-defeating and self-restrained." After passing this pass, the father and son of the right army were helpless. This means that he has realized such a way of writing, but he cannot prove it; after this pass, Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi's father and son can't take you. This realization, which is also an imaginary ability, can be imagined, can not be empirically verified, and it is also a calligraphic conjecture.
Now it is time to return to our topic, that is, why the "Qian Xuesen's question" cannot be answered. The reason why China's scientific research community has not produced master-level figures is that the liberal arts of researchers are not good. Here we have to expand some, liberal arts, science is only the language of the college entrance examination, to the university, it is only the different direction of study, the so-called "art has a specialty"; the actual subject classification, should be science and literature. The knowledge of the world, in general, is only two aspects; philosophy should be the exception, the knowledge of learning, or the method of learning, leaving aside for the time being. What science is, what literature is, there are many definitions, there are many kinds, each is its own, and it is inconsistent. I say one, you see if there is any truth - science is to explore the external world, the object of study is things, the big ones such as the Earth, Mars, the Milky Way, the small ones such as molecules, atoms, protons, particles, are all things, once there is no thing, it stops; and things are endless, it is endless. Speaking of literature, it explores the inner world, and the object of study is the heart, the thought, and the feeling. It is also divided into large and small, large to gallop imagination, boundless, "Qionglou Yuyu, the height is not cold"; small to the fine hair, the slightest grain. "A line of letters and a thousand lines of tears, cold to the side of the clothes to nothing", how meticulous; "poor and uncertain river bones, like people in deep dreams", this association is how ethereal. Science and literature, so the point is clear. Different people study the object of study, and the methods used are different.
Above this, there are also different sayings, and there is no consistency. I read a book the other day, and I had an enlightenment on it. The book is called "History of Modern Chinese Literature", and the person who wrote the book is an old gentleman named Qin Jibo, who is the scholar Qian Zhongshu and his father. Some people will say that I heard that Teacher Han especially admired Qian Zhongshu, how can I admire my son even his Lao Tzu and deliberately read Mr. Qian's books? Here's a little bit of research, I'll tell you about it. I think that the second half of Qian Jibo's book, the part of "New Literature Under the Compilation", was written by Qian Zhongshu on behalf of his Lao Tzu. Mr. Qian lao did not understand English at all, and this book not only quoted Westerners, but also some places (such as personal names) simply marked the original English text. This is one of my discoveries, you don't dare to say this when you go out, and say that people are allowed to say that you are nonsense. I said it doesn't matter, everyone knows that I've always loved nonsense. This cannot reach the "Eight Paths", but only the "Six Paths".
I won't talk about this, but only the words in the book that enlightened me. This is not what the author said, it was someone else's quote. Speaking of the difference between Chinese and Western research methods, I quote a scholar named Qiu Yulu. This person is a veteran student studying in the United States, and he is good at both Chinese and Western learning. Mr. Qiu said a passage to the effect that: Scholars of Western studies science and all forms, such as accumulating soil as a mountain, entering a basket, having a meritorious deed, doing a day, gaining a day's strength, and judging by the height and depth of their gains, can be counted as a daily lesson and so on; the scholars of the Eastern principle of governing the mind, such as digging the ground to find a spring, there are those who dig a few feet to get water, there are those who dig a few hundred and dozens of zhang and then get water, there are those who dig hundreds and dozens of zhang and then get water, there are those who dig hundreds and dozens of zhang and then get water, there are those who dig hundreds and dozens of zhang and finally cannot get water, they cannot be counted in days, nor can they be counted in monthly terms, and it is difficult to say even if there is no merit. As far as the great distinction is concerned, there are those who have been enlightened by a word and have become enlightened, there are those who have been diligent all their lives but have not yet become enlightened, and there are those who have been diligent all their lives but have never realized it. (History of Modern Chinese Literature, p. 492, Yuelu Publishing House, 1986) So, is the method of Oriental governance blindly touching? Nor is it. Still using the analogy of digging the ground and looking for springs, those who dig shallow and have a lot of water are blindly touched, and some are not blindly touched. Those are not blind, but by what? By wisdom, by accumulation of learning—to put it bluntly, it is the ability to enlighten. In Buddhism, it is called "enlightenment," which means enlightenment. This is a kind of induction ability, that is, jumping over several levels, and being able to reach the source of the matter at once. To put it bluntly, the method of Oriental governance mentioned here is similar to the method of literature, and its main point is not in diligence, but in enlightenment. Further, there is something that cannot be imagined, and there is nothing that cannot be done. The mystery of Qian Zhongshu's "Siege of the City" and his "Tan Yi Lu" is that the strength of his thinking is strong, and where others' thinking ability cannot reach, his thinking ability has reached it, and it is beyond the reach of ordinary people. It is beyond the reach of ordinary people, and of course it is appreciated by everyone. In a word, he realized it, which is equivalent to doing it.
Now, the point of convergence between science and literature has been found. Literature cultivates the ability to perceive, and when it is used in literature itself, it is done when it is realized. Scientifically enlightened, just know where to use force, as to whether you can do it, it depends on whether your instrument is advanced or not, and your organizational ability is not strong. After the advent of mainframe computers, a number of mathematical problems were solved, which is the best illustration.
How can we cultivate and train this ability to "enlighten"? I think in the old school, the ability to give poetry was very important. The ability to give poetry is to appreciate the recitation, and the other is to come by oneself. To appreciate the recitation is equivalent to imperceptibly accumulating a long-term habit, cultivating a kind of jumping thinking, multi-party perception, rich in association, innovative, and self-evident.
In "Qian Xuesen's Question", as a contrast, it is a group of scholars during the Republic of China period. Both became famous during the Republic of China period and liberated the whole country when it was in its thirties and forties, and was born when it was at the beginning of the century in those decades or two. Mr. Qian was born in 1911. In fact, some people who became famous were born earlier, such as Professor Ye Qisun, who was the head of the Department of Physics at Tsinghua University and was known as the "Father of Chinese Physics", who was born in 1898. They have two characteristics, one is that most of them are prominent, born in a family of poetry and books, famous and prestigious families, in short, not poor; and then they have received traditional Chinese education since childhood, advanced private schools, and then entered new schools, and then studied abroad. Many years ago, I wrote an article praising China's old-style education, which has the advantage of combining literacy education, character education, and classical education in a person's adolescence, that is, the period of the best memory, all at once, and then only depending on how you develop. The completion of these three kinds of education at the same time is equivalent to giving you the best academic foundation, the best thinking training, and the rest depends on your talent and good luck. Talented, lucky, can't think of a big thing.
Well, that's the end of the topic. It's time to talk about how to improve the liberal arts. I'm not talking about how students in the liberal arts can improve their scores, I'm talking about how you will leave middle school and go to society in the future, including to institutions of higher learning, how to improve yourself and develop yourself in the liberal arts. On this, no matter your profession or your future career, what I am saying is that the liberal arts as a kind of self-cultivation is both interesting and qualitative.
Two words: read. Expanded, it is to develop the habit of reading.
The benefit of reading, the most thorough, should be the Zhenzong Emperor of the Song Dynasty. What is in the book, what is in it, is what he said, you are all familiar with it, I will not nag. In the past, these few words were often criticized for preaching something or something, but I don't see it that way. He is a person who persuades people to read, what is, what is, but it is an analogy, which means nothing more than to satisfy your most basic and shallow wishes. I remember that in the 1990s, the reading room of the Shanxi Provincial Library asked me to write a banner, and I wrote an oil poem on these words, saying: "Golden beauty Qianzhong Millet, this language has never hesitated." If you think about it, there is no other intention, but teach people to read more. A poem that persuades people to read, zheng Banqiao," is also very good, saying that he "hates reading every year and is tired, and everywhere people persuade them to read." Try to see Pan Lang good at carving bamboo, and there are no tens of thousands of scrolls to wait for him." When I was preparing my lecture, I looked through several books on the methods of governance at hand to see if I could find the simplest way to say it. In one place, I saw that the historian Mr. Qian Mu had a speech, which was very well said and could be described as concise and concise. He said that the benefit of reading is to "cultivate interest and improve the realm." These eight words are very interesting. To say that it is open is to live each day happily, step by step to the high place. You see, life has fun, can it still be unhappy? When the realm is raised, people want to go to a higher place. This is the most popular explanation, and it is also the most basic understanding. Savor it, and there is a lot of carelessness. Mr. Qian Mulao, in his early years, was only a middle school teacher, worked hard, and his articles were amazing, before he was hired as a professor of history at Peking University; during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he suffered from displacement, and after the Ding Revolution on the mainland, he went to Hong Kong and founded the New Asia Academy, which was arduous and difficult; in his later years in Taiwan, there was no peace. I thought that in these eight words of his, whether it was interest or realm, the bottom was a kind of literati integrity, the literati's style and bones. Only with such spiritual support can he not be alarmed, treat everything with a normal heart, and become the inheritor of Chinese culture in the twentieth century and a first-class scholar with outstanding achievements.
Speaking of which, I would like to talk about what I have been nourished and benefited from reading. Still following Mr. Qian Mu's train of thought, it is considered to find an example for Mr. Qian's summary: first, how love makes me survive the difficulties of life, and second, how the realm allows me to achieve career success.
I was a student of the History Department of Shanxi University, enrolled in 1965 and graduated in 1970. At that time, graduation, the state unified distribution. It was during the "Cultural Revolution" that the origin was not good, and the places were worse. Two of our class were from bad backgrounds, one was me and the other was called Joe Xiangfeng. My family is in Linyi, his family is in Hejin; my family is a kulak, and his family is a landlord. It is said that he is a landlord, but it is because his father has land in his hometown, and there are many of them. In fact, his family is a family of readers. His father's name was Qiao Hexian, a famous scholar in Shanxi, who was a professor of history at Shanxi University; his sister was a researcher at the Academy of Social Sciences, named Qiao Xiangzhong, an expert in Tang Dynasty literature; and his brother-in-law was a famous Chinese aesthetician, Mr. Cai Yi. The reason why I introduced Qiao Xiangxun more was because this old classmate of mine had recently passed away, and to say this was a tribute to an old classmate. He was assigned to Anze County in the Taiyue Mountains, and I was assigned to Fenxi County, which belongs to the Lüliang Mountains, and went to the summer of 1970, and only in the autumn of 1984 was transferred to the Shanxi Writers Association and became a professional writer. In the past ten years, the first eleven or twelve years were teaching, and in the last two or three years, the situation has changed, and the transfer from the school to the township is considered to be in-depth life, but there is still a problem of whether it can be transferred to the provincial city, which is equivalent to still hanging in mid-air.
Coming to such a place, all my efforts were to get out of this place. Without leaving, the future can be seen at a glance - young teachers become middle-aged teachers, middle-aged teachers become elderly teachers, and when they reach the age of sixty, they hunch over their backs and backs, white hair, and return to their hometown to live this cruel life. How hard do you try? Only write, write famous, and let the people who like you "drag" you out. I am a very shallow person, and in the old saying, it is "a small victory and a great joy". At that time, there were no publications, and if you posted a small story in "Revolutionary Literature and Art", you could be happy for half a year, and you could also be excited for several months by posting a little fairy tale in "Red Soldier". Usually, after class, I am reading and writing, and I am full of interest at any time, as if success is at hand. The heart is like this, and there is no ambiguity in doing things. Say something that is not afraid of shame. At that time, the toilet was mostly "dry grass", two bricks a stick, that is, squatting pit, wiping the butt mostly with newspaper. If there is a piece of newspaper on the ground in front of me, whether it is dirty or not, I must use a firewood branch to dial it, look at what is written on it, see how this sentence is written, and if I think it is not good, how I will write it. In the mountains, there is often a rush, and it is not idle. My father worked in Dezhou, Shandong, and one year after the annual leave, he returned to Texas on the halfway, got off the train in Huo County, and braved the snow to come into the mountains to see me. When I arrived at the county seat, the snow closed the mountains, so I had to call the commune to transfer me. I teach in its commune and its village. It branches the village to the county seat, takes the road for eighty miles, and takes the river (dry river) for sixty miles. I left early in the morning, went to the county inn to meet my father, and returned at noon, and it was more than ten o'clock at night when I arrived at school. How did you get along the way? It is to memorize old poems and memorize new poems. I remember the most memorized along the way is the revolutionary poet Jiang Guangci's poem: "Slander, drifting zero, this is your fate, or is it society's salute to genius!" What I love to carry when I walk is Li Bai's poem: "Go out laughing in the sky, my generation is a basil person." "Some people will say that you are also too crazy to pretend to be a genius." I said, this is a pleasure in suffering, how to be happy how to come. The wilderness is vast, you alone, no one can hear, no one will beat your little report, why not go crazy, Shu Yishu's dirty qi in his heart? It was by relying on such a silly energy, self-sublime and self-enjoyment, that fourteen years later, in 1984, finally walked out of Lüliang Mountain. Can this be said to be the love of reading, which gives me the strength to get through the difficulties of life? This is too difficult, I hope you will not encounter it in the future.
Let's talk about how to improve my realm and how to achieve success in my career. This topic, not ready to say more, first of all, you are middle school students, there are many things you may not understand. What I want to say is that I, a mediocre writer, can't write novels like this, originally wanted to engage in learning, how did I write a few review articles, just like "literary knifeman"? The host also said this when introducing it just now.
In the Chinese literary world, there are many critics. Critics used to be called critics. With so many critics, there are very few who can be called famous. I am not engaged in criticism, I can only say that I have written some critical articles, how can I "waste" this "false name"? This comes down to my love of buying books and reading books. Those who love to buy and love to read are books written by writers in the 1920s and 1930s, as well as books written by writers in the 20s and 30s. From reading the book, I know that the criticism between writers in that era was mostly a singing and harmony between literati, and today I criticized you, and tomorrow I met and it was a joke. There are also those who have turned their faces because of singing and harmony, not many. Those who sang harmony could not say that they were joking, criticism or real criticism, and some were quite harsh; it can only be said that the people of that era were relatively large in temperament, heavy in friendship, and did not care. Small scolding is big help, and big scolding is also small help. In The Chinese cultural circles, after ten years of tempering during the "Cultural Revolution", people's sensitivity has been greatly improved, and they regard criticism as criticism, and if you criticize his articles, you will not be able to live with him. Therefore, the people who write the comments are very cautious, saying the advantages of the previous pass, and when they say the disadvantages, it is like stealing people, lightening their steps, pinching their throats, and asking "Is there no one in the house?" "That's when I went in and got out of the way." It is a general criticism, and it is also how "some people" and "some people" are, and they never say their names. I am not accustomed to this kind of cynicism, and all those who write critical articles are based on one principle, that is, to name names, go straight, and do not talk nonsense. In this way, three punches and two feet, a few rounds down, won the notoriety of "literary knifeman". Why "notoriety"? Because the original meaning of the people was only to say, this person, regardless of the three seven twenty-one, picked up the axe and cut it, like Li Kui in "Water Margin", is a reckless man. This situation is similar to the meaning of the novel called "yam egg" written by Shanxi writers in the 1950s, which is ridicule, a joke, but it is also interesting on the face. Call me "literary knifeman", there is no malice, to the advantage, it is like the ancient chivalrous guests, to eliminate violence and peace, no scruples. Shouting and shouting, day after day, all became a good meaning.
It won't be that simple. After reading and studying for a long time, I still have some thoughts. If you have an opinion on some social issues and are willing to raise them in a timely manner, even if you are criticized, you are not afraid. In the late 1980s, I don't know whether it was arranged by the head or whether we took the initiative to apply, saying that we wanted to build Shanxi into a coal heavy chemical base in the country. Many people are very excited and feel that they have found a new opportunity for the development of Shanxi and a new support point. At that time, I was in Qingxu County, and I was the deputy secretary of the county party committee (not really, it was a temporary post to go deep into life, but it was also elected by the county party congress, and the number of roads was true). After listening to it, I felt that this was not necessarily a good thing for our province, but perhaps a disaster. Do you think, what is a coal heavy chemical base? It is to dig out the coal from the ground, send electricity out, coke it, and produce various chemical products by the way, and the greater use is also transported out. What's left for Shanxi? It's air pollution, the collapse of the ground, the destruction of vegetation, and everywhere there are gangue mountains and piles of coal ash residue; to exaggerate, Shanxi has become a garbage pit in the country. I was in the county, talking to my colleagues, I felt the same way, but I knew that they did not dare to report to their superiors. So I wrote a letter to the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government in my own name and talked about my views. Saying that it is a letter is actually an article entitled "Rich Country, Rich Province, Rich People". Unexpectedly, the province still attaches great importance to my opinion. The General Office of the Provincial Government has an internal publication called "Shanxi Province". After a long time, I received a letter sent in a large envelope of the "General Office of the People's Government of Shanxi Province," which contained a clear sample of my article "Fuguo, Fufu Province, And Fumin", typeset it, and sketched it with a red ink brush, adding and deleting it, and it seemed that it was originally intended to be used. The letter also said so, saying that for some reason it could not be published, and the sample will be sent to you for preservation and a souvenir.
The reason why I do this is that I think it is called "Shangjo Chen" - although the provincial government is not the imperial court, in the sense of "jinzhi", it is also a kind of "Shangjo Chen", which is the duty of the courtiers in the old times, and it is also the duty of the reader. You will say that I am reading old books and reading them in a rage, and I am not sure that I will fall behind in something. Yes, I admit that I am a man who was deeply influenced by the wind and bones of the literati of the old times. For example, Xin Zhiyi has two words, which I appreciate and feel that I should do all my life. I forgot the name of the word plate, but these two sentences were: "But the king of the world-" [The whole audience chanted in unison: "Win the name in front of you and behind you!" Ha! You have it in textbooks. The meaning of these two words, in today's words, is to serve the country and make a name for itself. For me personally, how? After a few events, I summed up this meaning in one sentence: "Fear that the hereafter will accuse me of being born in this day." "Not so silently in my heart, or written in a diary, it is really as a motto in life, and I specially asked an old seal carver to engrave a large seal, and some books are stamped on it- not on the book I bought, but on the book I produced. How does this sentence say? It is that I am afraid of what is happening now, and the people of the future will find out that it is wrong, and they will say, Was Han Shishan not alive at that time? How could he not see it!
Let's take a small example. In the Chinese textbooks you have studied, there are also Lu Xun's articles, and there are quite a few. But I tell you, compared to the past, there is a lot less, at most a third of the past. How many were there in the past? I have attended middle school, taught middle school, and done statistics: in the historical period from the 1960s to the 1980s, there were as many as seventeen Lu Xun's works in middle school Chinese textbooks for three years in junior high school and three years in high school; six years is twelve semesters, and each semester is one and a half. I have long discovered this problem and feel that it is not a good thing to study Lu Xun's works too much. As early as the late 1990s, I published an article called "Lu Xun's Works in Middle School Textbooks." In 2005, feeling that there were many problems in Lu Xun's research community, he simply wrote a book called "Less Lu Xun, Old Don't Read Hu Shi" (China Friendship Publishing Company, 2005), and the final summary of the whole book is still a call for reducing Lu Xun's works in middle school textbooks. I dare not say that the textbook writers listened to me, but what I dare to say is that without the voice of the masses, they would not have made such adjustments; and my articles and books were mentioned earlier in this matter, which should be counted in the voice of promotion.
"The hereafter blames me for being born in the present day," some people will say, you are too crazy. I'm going to tell. When I was young, I was proud, not crazy. Pride is self-confidence; madness is to others, and it may be harmful. Proud in the heart, you can not make a sound, crazy will inevitably open your teeth and claws, speak out, hurt the innocent. Moreover, my pride actually stems from inferiority. Born bad, graduated from college, even a daughter-in-law can not be found; in the vernacular of our hometown, who is willing to throw snow-white socks into the mud? Such a time, such an encounter, pride is a kind of psychological support. If at this time, you still have to pretend to be a modest and cautious ghost, it is a, which is even more despicable.
As a seventy-something old man, there are always more things to experience. There are also some things from the past, which I want to tell you. I came to the provincial capital in 1965 when I was in college, and a year later, when the "Cultural Revolution" began, there were often meetings, and a slogan often shouted at the meeting was: "Seventeen million people in the province will always be loyal to Chairman Mao!" So the number "seventeen million people" is engraved in the mind. There is also a situation, my family is in the countryside of Southern Jinnan, is a wheat producing area, in those years, every wheat harvest season, always a large amount of wheat paid for public grain, after the autumn harvest will be distributed a lot of coarse grain, corn la sorghum, said to be returned grain. Why? Later, I learned that the grain produced in Shanxi Province was not enough for the people of this province to eat, and the state collected wheat and then allocated the coarse grain produced in the northeast to eat it. Seventeen million people do not have enough food to eat, and now thirty-seven million people take into account the factors of improving production technology, I am afraid that one is still not enough to eat. It is just that now there is no need for state allocation, the market is open, imports have increased, and there is more than enough for its own merchants to adjust. In view of this situation, I have a suggestion, after you graduate, you will not be admitted to the university, and if you cannot go to the university, you can go outside to work, don't say that you have to go back to your hometown, you must build a new countryside. Whether you can build a new countryside or not, I dare not say, as long as you return to the village, you are competing with the brothers and sisters in the village for that little resource. Just that piece of land, just a little bit of production, add your mouth, they will eat a few bites less. Going out of Shanxi is the most basic contribution to your hometown. Students, I don't know if I am right?
...... When the time comes, here's the interactive time. Two final words. I took the high-speed train to Xinzhou at noon yesterday, took the school bus to Wutai Mountain that night, played under the mountain for most of the day today, came to the school in the afternoon, and gave this lecture in the evening. I was wandering around the campus and saw the score form of your campus college entrance examination in the advertising column. What shocked me was that this year's college entrance examination undergraduate compliance rate was as high as more than 70%. I think that such results are among the best in the high schools in the province. Listening to the lecture today, there are no high school seniors, all of them are high school seniors and senior high school students. I wish you all better results in the college entrance examination next year and better than this year.
