The 2019 Tmall Double 11 Carnival Night, jointly created by Youku and Zhejiang Satellite TV, will be held on the evening of November 10 at the Mercedes-Benz Cultural Center in Shanghai and broadcast live on Youku, Zhejiang Satellite TV and Oriental Satellite TV.
