Recognize yourself in the movie

"After the screening, I went to see it as soon as it was released, and I recognized myself at once, and when the movie was about 1 hour and 46 minutes, the military doctor I played stood next to Wu Jing, and I felt particularly excited." Kuang Xianpeng introduced that in order to truly restore the battlefield at that time, the crew invited military consultants to guide the production of costumes and props, and also filmed in the ice and snow.

"Historically, many volunteer soldiers were transferred directly from the south, wearing this thin military uniform, a thin cloth coat, and a shirt inside, fighting in the extremely cold weather of minus 40 degrees. When filming, the minimum temperature was minus 20 degrees. We southern actors are so cold that we can't even pull the trigger, the eyelashes are frosted, and many people's hands and feet are really frozen and swollen. The medical staff and ambulances arranged by the crew are on standby at any time, while filming, while the doctors are treating the scene. It can be seen how cruel the real battlefield is..." Kuang Xianpeng said with emotion as he touched the costume he was wearing.

Unexpected "promotion" after "stealing the scene"

There are also many interesting things on the set that Make Kuang Xianpeng remember it vividly.

"I remember that there was a scene where the seventh company was briefly repaired, and the director arranged for me to bandage the wound of Wu Wanli played by Yi Qianxi, and Wu Qianli, the company commander played by Wu Jing, shouted to go, and the soldiers got up to answer. As a result, I, who was playing a military doctor, also got up to answer out of the habit of soldiers. After filming this article, I heard someone talking about me stealing the scene, and I was blushing at the time, thinking that I was finished and was going to be scolded by the director. Unexpectedly, the director not only did not scold me, but also said that this was more like the soldiers of the Seventh Company. In the end, the movie was released, and the shot of me bandaging Yi Qianxi was removed, but the shot of getting up and answering was retained. It was also in this state that the director gave me a "promotion" and played a staff officer next to General Song Shilun, played by Zhang Hanyu. Kuang Xianpeng said.

"There is also a picture, Wu Jing eats potatoes while speaking, we actors are watching from the side, the director reshoots over and over again, Wu Jing follows over and over again, and finally eats seven or eight potatoes, he laughs and says that he doesn't have to eat lunch, he has already supported." Kuang Xianpeng said.

These unique memories have been preserved in the form of paintings by Kuang Xianpeng, who combined real history with film and television drama plots, which took four months to finally complete 62 pen paintings.
