Wang Bo, male, member of the Communist Party of China, born in June 1993, is a white man from Bo, Guangxi.
In a Simapu fire rescue station that has been rated as a "grassroots construction pacesetter unit" by the provincial fire rescue corps for ten consecutive years, Wang Bo is also deeply affected by the atmosphere, and he often says that he cannot embarrass the "pacesetter" team station, and if he can, he must also become an excellent "pacesetter". To this end, he often held his breath, did not give up every opportunity to improve himself, and also set himself an extra, super training content. With the deepening of training, his professional achievements have improved by leaps and bounds, and his personal projects, team projects and various combat exercises have all reached excellence. In order to master various business skills more deeply, he continued to study and learn, and when he encountered difficult problems, he adopted the "stupid" method of others practicing once and practicing himself three times, and almost "squeezed" all the rest time into study and training. The kung fu paid off, and he and his comrades successfully achieved the first place in the overall score of the fire station for four consecutive quarters.
Due to his outstanding business ability, Wang Bo was selected to participate in the first national "Flame Blue" business skills competition. In the closed training for nearly 5 months, he took every day's high-intensity training subjects seriously with a high sense of responsibility and a sense of mission advocating honor, even if the lumbar muscle strain was caused by long-term training, he still relied on a belief and a fierce force to never leave every training. Wang Bo's style of not fearing difficulties and daring to fight has been unanimously recognized by the superior leaders and comrades-in-arms, for which the organization awarded him as the national fire rescue team's 2019 annual duty training training pacesetter, and successively awarded him the first national flame blue "Bronze Warrior Medal" and "Silver Warrior Medal", becoming an advanced model model for all commanders and fighters.
In 2018, the public security fire brigade was collectively retired from active service, reorganized and assigned to the Ministry of Emergency Management, and a national comprehensive fire rescue team was formed. In Wang Bo's eyes, whether it is the original "olive green" or today's "flame blue", it is the most beautiful color in his heart. Although the armor is changed, the original intention has not changed, and the mission will be achieved. In the past ten years since joining the team, many urgent, difficult and dangerous fire fighting and rescue tasks have his figure of not being afraid of hardships and dangers and charging forward.
One night in October 2015, a fire broke out at an auto repair plant in Chaonan District. Next to the garage is the production hall of a cosmetics company, which stores a large number of grease raw materials and flammable and explosive materials such as 30 tons of alcohol cans. The fire continues to spread in the direction of the production workshop by means of wind, and once the fire breaks through, the consequences are unimaginable. At the moment of crisis, Wang Bo's blocking team, as the main force for fire fighting, resolutely set up water guns and high-water spray cannons to fight for 48 hours in the face of extremely dangerous environments, vowing to stop the spread of fire, avoiding the occurrence of serious accidents, and also winning valuable time for the successful fire fighting.
In April 2018, a fire broke out in the warehouse of a cosmetics factory in Chaonan District. Because the warehouse piled up a large number of cosmetic finished products, semi-finished products, grease raw materials, cartons, plastic packaging bottles, rubber water, Tianna water and other flammable and explosive materials, resulting in the rapid development of the fire to a fierce stage, the first floor of the warehouse was soon completely covered by fire, and explosions were heard from time to time in the warehouse. Wang Bo and several comrades-in-arms who carried out fire fighting and rescue at the scene stuck to the forefront and used water dragons to suppress the development of the fire, but due to the rapid fire at the scene, the strong heat radiation made the water in the water gun hit the floor slab and suddenly became water vapor, and the building burned for a long time, causing the floor slab to bake crisp and began to show signs of collapse. Wang Bo sensed that the situation was not right, and immediately led the cover team to quickly withdraw from the fire site. Within minutes of the safe evacuation, the floor collapsed.
In August 2018, due to the impact of exceptionally heavy rainfall, urban waterlogging occurred in Chaonan District, and the water depth generally reached 1.5 meters, and the local area reached 2-3 meters. As one of the few swimmers and boat drivers in the team, Wang Bo rushed to the hard-hit areas to search for rescue and evacuate more than 200 trapped people in the rescue and rescue for nearly 96 hours in 4 days.
Since joining the team, Wang Bo has participated in more than 10 competitions at or above the provincial level, experienced more than 3,000 large and small fire fighting and preemptive rescue battles, and won 2 third-class merits and 3 commendations. As a pacesetter, he firmly believes in his selfless love for the cause of fire fighting with loyalty and perseverance, and casts loyalty to the people wholeheartedly with the enthusiastic youth of firefighters who go to the soup and fire.
