Chutian Metropolis Daily, October 19 (Reporter Chen Qian) Zhou Bin, executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Wuhan Municipal CPC Committee, and Liu Hanqiang, secretary of the party leading group and president of the People's Court of Jianghan District of Wuhan City, are suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and are currently under disciplinary review and supervision and investigation by the Hubei Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission.

Zhou Bin, male, born in March 1960, Han ethnicity, Harbin, Heilongjiang, university degree, began working in September 1982, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1985. From September 1982 to July 1992, he served as an assistant procurator and procurator of the Wuhan Municipal People's Procuratorate, from July 1992 to December 1994 as the deputy director of the Policy Research Office of the Wuhan Municipal People's Procuratorate, from December 1994 to January 1997 as the director of the Office of the Wuhan Municipal People's Procuratorate, from January 1997 to September 2003 as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Caidian District of Wuhan City, and from September 2003 to November 2011 as vice president of the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court. Since November 2011, he has been the executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee. Zhou Bin is a member of the 13th Wuhan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Liu Hanqiang, male, born in April 1962, Han ethnicity, Fujian Hui'an people, on-the-job graduate degree, began working in July 1984, joined the Communist Party of China in November 1988. From July 1984 to April 2004, he successively served as a section member, deputy chief clerk, chief section member, assistant investigator, vice president and researcher of the Second Criminal Division of the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court, and from April 2004 to March 2016, he served as the president of the Second Criminal Division and a member of the Adjudication Committee of the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court, from March 2016 to November 2016, he served as a full-time member of the Adjudication Committee of the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court, and since November 2016, he has served as the Party Secretary and President of the Jianghan District People's Court of Wuhan City. Liu Hanqiang is a deputy to the 15th People's Congress of Jianghan District, Wuhan.
