Recently, after review, the Xiantao Municipal People's Procuratorate decided to prosecute the defendant Liu Hanqiang, former secretary of the party leading group and president of the Jianghan District People's Court of Wuhan City, on suspicion of abuse of power and bribery, and the case has been tried in public in court. Defendant Liu Hanqiang did not raise any objection to the facts and charges of the crime alleged in the indictment in court, and voluntarily admitted guilt and accepted punishment.
