According to the policeman Ms. Hong, at about 3 p.m. on the same day, when she was driving a school training car in Xinmiao, she found that the school was driving a dog screaming at a warehouse. Several coaches rushed forward, only to find a small animal like a wild boar in the warehouse. Because the warehouse was full of debris, several instructors drove the little animal to a corner, stopped it with an iron cage, and slowly drove the little guy into the cage and arrested it.

"It's fierce, I've never seen an animal like this." Ms. Hong told jimu news reporters that from the front, it looks like a small wild boar, but from the side, it has a long tail like a dog, with strong hair and claws on all fours. After being locked in the cage, the little guy kept biting the iron cage with his teeth, and even bit out the blood without letting go.

Due to the hot weather, the little guy was put in a cage and kept tossing and turning, worried that the animal would be harmed, and Ms. Hong then called the police.

The Xinmiao Police Station of the Linkong Branch of the Ezhou Municipal Public Security Bureau rushed to the scene after receiving the alarm, and the police used cold water to cool it down while contacting the Wildlife Protection Section of the Ezhou Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau to go to the identification. After expert identification, this little guy is a national second-class protected animal pig badger, and its mouth may have abrasions when breaking into the driving school warehouse.

According to experts, the pig badger is a mammal of the genus Pig Badger in the family Ferretaceae, which has been included in the IUCN 2008 Red List of Endangered Species and the List of Terrestrial Wild Animals Protected by the State that are beneficial or have important economic and scientific research value. It is mainly distributed in Southeast Asia. Badgers are omnivores, like to burrow, nocturnal, hibernating habits, estrus, mating in April to September, 2 to 4 litters per litter. The pig badger is thick and strong, the snout nose is exposed and prominent like a pig arch, the limbs are thick and short, the head is large and the neck is thick, the ears and eyes are small, the tail is short, the whole body is a mixture of black and white, the back hair is black and brown, the chest and abdomen are the same color as the back color, and the middle is black brown; the limbs are the same abdominal color; the tail hair is long and white.

Under the coordination of the Ezhou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the police of the police station quickly sent the badger to the Lianhuashan Zoo for further observation and treatment.
