The past five years have been an extraordinary five years in the development process of Mianyang. Under the cordial care of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, under the strong leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Government and the Municipal Party Committee, and under the supervision and support of the Municipal People's Congress and the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, we adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on Mianyang work, adhere to the general tone of the work of seeking progress in a stable manner, solidly promote the construction of China Science and Technology City, the total economic volume exceeds the 300 billion mark, accelerates the construction of a modern infrastructure system, continuously improves the people's living standards, and completes the three major goals of the battle as scheduled. We have built a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and successfully completed the main goals and tasks set by the current government.
