3 Avian influenza, also known as European chicken plague, is a high-contact infectious disease syndrome of poultry caused by influenza A virus, which is divided into low pathogenic avian influenza and highly pathogenic avian influenza and is listed as a class A infectious disease, and highly pathogenic avian influenza is a human and zoonotic disease. 4 Pigeon adenovirus infection, adenovirus normally parasitizes the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, eyes and digestive tract of pigeons, mostly causing asymptomatic latent infections, common complications of other diseases, or immunodeficiency pigeons, often showing bursitis, cysticosis, and appearance of vomiting and diarrhea.
5 pigeons herpesvirus type I infection, a viral infectious disease characterized by acute passage and extremely high mortality. Typical symptoms are respiratory tract, sinusitis, and pronounced dyspnea, which is not transmitted through eggs.
6 Pigeon circovirus infection, which is a contact infectious disease, is an immunosuppressive disease, mainly affects young pigeons, because it can inhibit the immune system of pigeons, often secondary to the onset of diseases such as Newcastle disease, pigeon pox, E. coli and trichomoniasis.
7 Pigeon rotavirus infection, the disease is mainly characterized by diarrhea, dehydration and cloaclitis, the pathogen is the genus rotavirus of the family Reoviridae. The lesions on autopsy are mainly in the intestine, causing edema of the intestinal mucosa and inflammatory changes in the cloaca cavity, and the younger the pigeon, the higher the susceptibility. The most effective way to prevent viral infectious diseases is to do a good job of immunization to effectively defend against viral infections.
