Throughout history, the development of major powers has been closely related to the oceans. Some people say, "Those who are stronger than the world will be stronger than the sea, and those who are weaker than the world will be weaker than the sea."
Today, on the journey to realize the Chinese dream, in the process of building a maritime power and developing the "Belt and Road", not only wealth comes from the sea, friends come from all over the world, but security threats also mainly come from the sea. The more the wind and clouds change and the undercurrents surge, the more soldiers are needed to bravely stand at the head of the tide. As President Xi Jinping pointed out, as soldiers, we must bravely shoulder the historical responsibility of our generation of soldiers.
Although Chinese soldiers do not produce grain, they produce it safely; although they do not create wealth, they defend a peaceful environment of living and working in peace and contentment. The aircraft carrier entrusted to us by the party and the people is the condensation of national strength, the symbol of national will, the barrier of national security, and the strong backing of world peace. We have an unshirkable duty to forge the Liaoning into an aircraft carrier capable of fighting and winning wars.

As the pilots of the aircraft carriers, since the handover, we have experienced the baptism of the cold north wind of the Yellow Bohai Sea and the turbulent waves of the South China Sea, felt the deep blue of the western Pacific Ocean, and familiarized ourselves with the sound of the J-15 fighter formation rushing into the clouds. We will always bear in mind President Xi's earnest entrustment, roll up our sleeves and work hard, and devote ourselves to training and experimentation.
In the near future, our steps will certainly be even bigger and farther, the Liaoning will gallop on a wider ocean, and the J-15 fighter will fly higher in the blue sky. We will continue to forge ahead at the forefront of naval transformation and construction, fight in the new frontier of national interest expansion, and adhere to the front line of maintaining world peace. We firmly believe that the farther away from the territorial sea, the safer the motherland behind us will be, and the more guarantee world peace will be.
