Why this character in the hit drama "Xiang Police" has become the highlight of the play
Recently, the TV drama "Xiang Police Yu," jointly produced by the Dayou Film and Television Center of the Central Party School, CCTV, the Propaganda Department of the All-China Women's Federation, and Huarui Pictures (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., was a hit on CCTV, becoming another red masterpiece that "went out of the circle" after "The Age of Awakening." It not only won the third best result in the nation's single channel ratings of prime-time TV dramas, but also successfully shaped the glorious image of our party's early revolutionary ancestors represented by Xiang Jianyu who dedicated their youth and blood to their ideals and convictions. Among them, there is a young communist revolutionary who shines brightly in the play, who is praised by Premier Zhou Enlai as "the leader loved by Chinese youth" - Yun Daiying.
As one of the leaders of the early youth movement of the Communist Party of China, Yun Daiying was not only the standard-bearer of the new cultural movement in Hubei and a participant in the May Fourth Movement, but also one of the initiators and participants of the early mutual aid society. Looking back on his short life, he can be called a true "awakened person", on the road of pursuing ideals and beliefs, he did not hesitate to sacrifice his precious life and made outstanding contributions to the founding of the Communist Party of China and the revolutionary struggle.
Judging from Yun Daiying's ideological achievements, he was the pioneer of our party's propaganda of Marxism. Kautsky's Class Struggle, translated by him, was the first comprehensive introduction to the Marxist theory of class struggle in China. Mao Zedong once told the American journalist Snow: "There are three books that are particularly deeply engraved in my heart and have established my belief in Marxism." One of them is Class Strife. In 1923, the publication of the Central Organ of the League, "Chinese Youth", founded by Yun Daiying, influenced an entire generation of young people in China at that time, especially during the Period of the Great Revolution, and profoundly affected the progressive youth at that time.
In addition to his achievements in ideology and theory, Yun Daiying was also one of the first outstanding leaders in the party to realize the importance of armed struggle and one of the founders of the people's army and political work. In 1927, he successively participated in and led the Nanchang Uprising and the Guangzhou Uprising, in which he played a leading role. In order to boost morale, even if he was suffering from lung disease, he gave up his horse to the sick number and marched on foot with the soldiers. Because of his outstanding performance in a series of revolutionary movements, Yun Daiying also became a revolutionary comrade-in-arms whom Mao Zedong trusted. On April 5, 1929, Mao Zedong also wrote to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, indicating that if he was transferred out of the Soviet zone, he would propose that Yun Daiying take over his post. From this, we can see Yun Daiying's excellent ability and excellent personal qualities.
In 1931, Yun Daiying was arrested and imprisoned for betrayal by traitors. When he was about to be executed, he sang the "Internationale" and died generously, dedicating his 36-year-old years to the communist cause he pursued all his life. Before the sacrifice, he also left such a touching and profound sentence: "I want my phosphorus to emit more heat and light, and I hope that it will burn up, burn away the old China, and give birth to a new China." Fight to burn yourself to break the darkness. Until the last moment, the staunch Marxist did not forget his original intention and mission.
Looking back on Yun Daiying's life, although short, his revolutionary fearless spirit is forever engraved in the spiritual genealogy of Communists. In 1950, on the occasion of the nineteenth anniversary of his martyrdom, Premier Zhou Enlai wrote a special inscription for him in the magazine "China Youth": his proletarian consciousness, enthusiasm for work, strong will, simple style, spirit of sacrifice, mass quality, and touching persuasiveness should always become a model for The Chinese revolutionary youth.
Zhao Wei, a young actor who played Yun Daiying in the TV series "Xiang Police", graduated from the Music Department of the People's Liberation Army Academy of Arts and was formerly a singer, actor and host of the Great Wall Art Troupe of the General Staff of the People's Liberation Army of the Chinese. By chance, Zhao Wei met The Chief Producer of "Xiang Police" Zou Xiaoti, and until now, Teacher Zou still clearly remembers the scene when he first interviewed Zhao Wei. At that time, she and director Liu Yiran were carefully screening several main actors in the office, and at this time, Zhao Wei pushed the door in, and what came into view was a sunny handsome, temperamental, and righteous young boy, Teacher Zou immediately decided that Zhao Wei would play Yun Daiying.
In order to make yun daiying's glorious image more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, Zhao Wei began to seriously study the "Yun Daiying Diary" from the moment he received the script. The ten-year diary was read by Zhao Wei over and over again, and in each reading, Zhao Wei was impressed by Yun Daiying's spirit of serving the country and the people. He sighed: "In that turbulent era, how many people worked hard for the sake of survival, but he struggled for the fate of the country, through the thick diary, I saw Yun Daiying's original intention of serving the party and loyalty to the country and the people!" ”
The kung fu pays off, and the actors' superb acting skills have won unanimous praise from the audience. In May this year, after eight sets and one set of CCTV successively broadcast "To the Police", many leaders, comrades-in-arms and friends congratulated Zhao Wei, who successfully shaped the glorious image of Yun Daiying, in various ways. A leader specifically called Zhao Wei and said: "I watched this drama from beginning to end, and it was very good and touching. As soon as he appeared, he accurately displayed the image of our revolutionaries with iron bones and awe-inspiring justice..."
Zhao Wei, who was full of harvests, also deeply felt in the flowers and applause that a generation has a mission of a generation, for the sake of ideals and beliefs, for the prosperity of the motherland, and for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the contemporary youth will be unswerving and continue to struggle.
