On October 30, the largest cement kiln collaborative disposal sludge project in China was officially completed and put into operation in the Donghai Debao Cement Plant in Jidong County, Jingyang County. The project is a key project of "global water control and clear water rejuvenation" in our city, which is undertaken by Xi'an Water Affairs Group, and will add 800 tons of sludge treatment capacity per day, effectively solving the problem of insufficient sludge disposal capacity in the city.
According to reports, the project is designed to treat 800 tons of sludge per day, with a total investment of about 170 million yuan, which is a key project of "global water control and clear water rejuvenation" undertaken by Xi'an Water Affairs Group, and a key guarantee project of "Fourteen Transports", which will achieve "win-win" economic and environmental benefits.
The reporter saw in the sludge disposal room that the dewatered sludge sent from the sewage treatment plant entered the sludge silo and was finally made into cement for building materials through the treatment of the sludge belt dryer and cement kiln. The sewage generated in this process is recycled through technologies such as condensation, and a cart of sludge into the factory truly realizes "eating dry and squeezing clean" and turning waste into treasure. After the project is put into operation, the annual disposal of sludge can reach 264,000 tons, which is currently the largest cement kiln collaborative disposal sludge project in China.
It is reported that the project mainly collects and treats the sludge produced by the sewage treatment plants such as three sewage and five sewage in the north of the city, and the new 800 tons of sludge daily treatment capacity makes the sludge treatment in our city reach Nissan Nissin (at present, the city's daily sludge is 2200 tons), the city's sludge daily treatment capacity reaches 2600 tons, and the sludge treatment changes from "negative cycle" to "positive cycle".
