Zhenjiang "repeatedly punished and did not change" serious untrustworthy entities to achieve a comprehensive "clearance"

Jinshan Network News (Zhu Jie Li Yun) reporter recently learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that since February this year, the National Development and Reform Commission has launched a prominent problem of untrustworthy governance in key areas, and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Credit Office) has taken immediate action to closely promote the special governance work of serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors that have been "repeatedly prohibited and repeatedly punished and not changed", and the "zero clearance" work has been fully completed in October. At present, 149 untrustworthy entities in the city have fully completed the work of withdrawing from the ledger.

It is understood that the targets of this governance mainly include two types of market entities, one is the market entities that have been included in the "list of judgment defaulters" by the people's courts more than 10 times in the past three years, and the relevant information on untrustworthiness is still in the publicity period, and the second is market entities that have received administrative penalties more than 10 times in the past three years, and the relevant untrustworthy information is still in the publicity period.

Since the launch of this governance work, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Credit Office) has coordinated and promoted, according to the comprehensive sorting out of the 149 untrustworthy market entities in our city that meet the conditions, established a working account, and classified according to the region, refined the task decomposition, and the responsibility is to the person. At the same time, guide each region to initiate warning interviews with governance targets in accordance with laws and regulations, sign credit commitments, and other prescribed actions by sending regulatory reminder letters, and urge governance targets to promptly carry out credit restoration, correct untrustworthy conduct, perform relevant obligations, and eliminate negative impacts.

According to reports, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Credit Office) will speed up the construction of a new type of credit-based supervision mechanism, carry out hierarchical and categorical supervision of industries, appropriately increase the proportion and frequency of spot checks on untrustworthy entities, implement strict management and punishment in accordance with laws and regulations, and at the same time continue to train enterprises in repairing untrustworthiness, guide enterprises to establish a modern management system, be honest and self-disciplined, and shape creditworthiness into the "golden business card" of enterprises.
