Liu Jialiang's father, Liu Zhan, was a disciple of Huang Feihong's disciple Lin Shirong, so Liu Jialiang was a descendant of Huang Feihong. At the beginning, he found several martial arts halls to collect money and made 4 "Huang Feihong" movies, the story is based on Lin Shirong's disciple Zhu Yuzhai's original "Huang Feihong Farewell Biography" and "Huang Feihong Jianghu Beiji" two novels.

Guan Dexing was 75 years old when he starred in this film, and although many actions needed to use stand-ins, he still tried his best to complete many martial arts moves, and his spirit was vibrant, and he did not look old at all.
Guan Dexing has a very good foundation in martial arts, and once performed the unique skills of whipping candles and taking chains from braziers on TV stations, not only on the screen, but also a generation of masters in the southern martial arts in reality.
