The list of "3040 Young Entrepreneurs in the Chinese Resources Service Industry" released by the summit selected 46 young entrepreneurs in the Chinese resources industry under the age of 30 and under 40 respectively from the comprehensive consideration of years of employment and outstanding achievements, and Li Jie, founder and CEO of i Back Tune, was successfully selected.

Li Jie, who graduated from Zhejiang University with 14 years of technical and management experience, worked for Huawei's Shenzhen headquarters, Insigma and other well-known enterprises, and later established a professional intelligent employee background investigation service provider in China - i back adjustment, and won many honorary titles such as innovator of Chinese Resources SaaS.
