The implementation of the Mashan Gate Strong Drainage and Supporting River Engineering Project can increase the ability of stagnant storage and external drainage of water in Yuecheng District, ensure that the water level of the Cao'e River is higher than the water level of the inland river, and the existing gate stations cannot naturally drain the internal water, and at the same time improve the water environment and ecological environment of the rivers and lakes.
