五、HOW TO ACHIEVE EIC? 怎样达到有效的内部沟通

The choice of communication method is situation relevant

要根据具体情况选择相应的沟通方式

For EIC, Face-to-face is more effective than other ways in most of the cases

在大多数的沟通案例中,面对面的沟通比其他方式更加有效

We recommend the preferable sequence as following if situation allows:

如果条件许可的情况下,我们推荐沟通方式的顺序如下:

1st Face-to-face talk 第一是面对面的沟通

2nd Telephone conversation 第二是电话沟通

3rd E-mail communication 第三是电子邮件沟通

3、Dealing With Expressive 与表现型的人沟通

The skills required are: 技巧如下

Ask questions 提出问题

Be enthusiastic 要有热情

Give complete attention 全神贯注

Deal with his/her talk positively 肯定对方的谈话

Always thanks for his/her time 感谢他/她所花的时间

Listen for people’s ideas, not just to their words 注意听对方的观点,而不只是他们的言语。

4、Dealing With Amiable 与随和型的人沟通

The skills required are: 技巧如下

Lead topic 主导话题

Provide solutions 提供解决方法

Help to make decision 帮助做出决定

Concentrate 汇总

Convey eagerness to help 传达热心的帮助

七、Communication Is A Life Time Process 沟通伴随人的一生

Communication is a life time ongoing process

No one is perfect in communication
