Freehand Chinese painting figure painting "Dharma Ancestor"

A majestic black-faced holy monk, seemingly calm but refracting unparalleled spiritual strength, as if traveling through a thousand years of time and space, suddenly appeared in front of me, which is the feeling given to me by the Chinese painting "Dharma Ancestor" of the contemporary living Buddha.

This is a large-scale Chinese painting figure work. From the overall perspective of the picture, the thick and atmospheric character shape and the simple and rich color dressing give the picture a high and ancient artistic style. Looking at the part of the picture, the scarlet robe is wrapped in a thick body, the face like a copper forged steel is fluttering like a halberd, the dark eyebrows are shining like a cold pool and autumn moon, and the mouth seems to be breathing out the ancient breath.

Hair, eyebrows, and beards are written with scraped iron; the facial contours of the characters are outlined with iron wire, the brushwork is exquisite and powerful, and the golden stone atmosphere of the whole picture, like a thick ink color, can no longer be thicker; the bottom of the picture is the ancestral master's robe made of wanjun's pen power, and the flying white brushstrokes are twisted and spicy, as if it is a thousand miles of mountains from Tianzhu to the Han Dynasty.

The holy monk in the picture is the Dharma ancestor who crossed the river on a reed, and the ancestor was the twenty-eighth generation of Zen Buddhism, who waded through the mountains and rivers to China during the Wei and Jin Dynasties.

Here, Dharma Guru met the monk Hui ke. At that time, Master Hui Ke was still a mortal, preaching the scriptures in a chaotic way, but he did not agree with the words of Master Dharma, mistakenly believing that the ancestor was insulting the scriptures, and must be a demon, so he was ready to ambush the demon town in front of him.

Master Hui Ke's neck was hung with a chain of iron bullets, and after taking it off, the "soldier" was cut off. Who knows this cut, Dharma Guru did not pay attention, on the spot to knock off two front teeth, after the two front teeth were knocked out, the blood flowed out.

In the face of Master Huike's rudeness, Dharma Guru was ready to spit out his teeth immediately, but because he was a Witness Arhat at that time, considering that the saint's teeth could not land on the ground, and it would take three years of drought to land on the ground, the people would suffer. Therefore, the ancestor did not throw up, so he forcibly swallowed the broken front teeth into his stomach and drifted away without a word. It seems that all this, as if it had never happened, is such a great force of forbearance.

Later, Master Hui Ke was inspired by Dharma Zushi's virtue and immediately felt ashamed and followed zushi.

Thousands of years later, the contemporary living Buddha, with his remarkable painting art, has reshaped the holy appearance and otherworldly spiritual temperament of Dharma Guru. Standing in front of the portrait of the ancestor, a clear and holy breath swept over the face, making people's state of mind suddenly bright, and this spiritual encounter beyond time and space may be a lingering worldly relationship.
