Getting into modern life is key

Liu Xun

Folk art is closely related to the lives of ordinary people, with the characteristics of nature, simplicity and strong vitality, reflecting the wisdom and creativity of the Chinese nation. The key to protecting, inheriting and making good use of the precious wealth left by these ancestors lies in making folk art better enter modern life.

In his work, the author knows some non-hereditary inheritors after 85, such as Zhang Xue, who was born in an embroidery family, and explores from multiple angles such as design, carrier, decoration, etc., using works to show the perspective of young people and integrate Su embroidery into modern life; for example, Liang Hengyuan, the inheritor of Zhuangjin skills in Xincheng, Guangxi, combines strong national characteristics and mass consumption, and the designed products are widely popular. This enlightens us that cultivating a group of inheritors with the spirit of craftsmanship and innovative consciousness can promote folk art to better enter modern life.

In recent years, with the in-depth implementation of relevant policies, the development of folk art has a broad world and great future prospects. For young inheritors, they must not only assume the responsibility of inheritance, but also dare to innovate based on the new conditions of the times. Only in this way can folk art shine with new brilliance.

Vernacular art can also enter the city

Cai Xinglin

The duo is a treasure of Chinese folk art and has a strong vitality. An important reason why "ning give up a meal and do not give up two people to turn" is that the two people turned to take root in the countryside and reflect reality, with the characteristics of "earth color and earth fragrance", which is a typical representative of northeast folk culture.

One side of the water and soil to raise the other side of the singing method. In the 1950s, the author encountered some difficulties in transferring the two to Beijing, and also created many works that were popular with the audience in the process of exploration. Summing up the experience, in addition to the technical factors such as short and concise lyrics, funny humor, performance from the inside, and affection at the table, the key is to follow the times and integrate the traditional good singing voice into the current music. Facts have proved that if you do a good job of keeping pace with the times, local art can also enter the city.

During the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, many actors transferred the two to the Internet through live video broadcasts, filling the gap in live performances. In the process of the two turning out the old, they cannot deviate from the true color of rap and dance, and blindly rely on acting and telling jokes to attract the audience. While retaining the original taste, the performance should also be adapted to local conditions and different from person to person, strengthen the interaction with the audience in the network live broadcast, and meet the diversity and diversity of the cultural needs of the masses with the variety of art.

"Melt in" to "fire up"

Xu Benyu

"Sanlu embroidery" is a folk art in Zigui County, Hubei Province. In recent years, more and more young practitioners after the 80s and 90s have made bold innovations on the basis of craft inheritance, developed a series of fashion products, and realized the active inheritance and long-term protection of "Three Lu Embroidery".

How to make folk art more popular and marketable? "Sanlu embroidery" is like a sample, bringing us enlightenment and thinking: folk art can only be better "fire" if it is "integrated". On the one hand, folk art is the art of the masses, in order to let folk art enter our lives, we should find the fashion demand point, force innovation according to the demand, and make folk art full of modern atmosphere and "fashion model". On the other hand, creative research and development, process improvement and process reengineering of folk art are carried out, and new media platforms and other product channels are fully utilized to organically combine folk art with modern life. At the same time, allowing more folk art to enter the campus and into the classroom can also cultivate students' love for folk art.

While doing a good job in the "fusion" article, it is also necessary to guard the historical memory and cultural roots carried by folk art. Only by inheriting the cultural genes of folk art can we protect the "soul" of folk art and make folk art better "fire".
