He Ziyou's physical fitness is very good, so her mental state has always been relatively good, even if she is eighty or ninety years old, she can move around, and sometimes do some relatively simple work.
He Ziyou finally lived to the age of 103, which can be said to be quite long-lived among the founding fathers. He Ziyou made so many historical contributions to the organization in those years, and now her fighting spirit has been continuously passed down by us.
