On November 4, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) released information on food and cosmetics that were not allowed in September 2016, involving a total of 158 batches of food and cosmetics.
1 Food aspect
A total of 149 batches of food were not allowed this time. Among them, 12 batches of meat products with origin in "Brazil" were not allowed to be admitted due to inconsistent goods certificates, unqualified labels, and unqualified sensory inspections, including 1 batch of beef tendons imported by Sinopharm Jiayuan International Trade Co., Ltd., 1 batch of beef tendons imported by Sinopharm Jiayuan International Trade Co., Ltd., 3 batches of frozen chicken wings and 1 batch of frozen chicken wing roots imported by COFCO Meat Beijing Co., Ltd., 1 batch of frozen chicken wings imported by Shanghai Ruichuang International Trade Co., Ltd., and 1 batch of chicken wings imported by Qingdao Haiyujia International Trade Co., Ltd. 2 batches of frozen chicken feet and 1 batch of chicken feet imported by Shanghai Xinshangshi International Trade Co., Ltd., and 1 batch of frozen chicken feet imported by Xinjia Shanghai International Trade Co., Ltd.
In addition, 2 batches of frozen concentrated orange juice imported by PepsiCo Beverage (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. with origin in "Brazil" were not allowed to be admitted due to the total number of colonies exceeding the standard, 3 batches of Vita milk milk imported by Zhongshan Keda Logistics Co., Ltd. with origin "Hong Kong, China" were not allowed to be admitted due to unqualified labels, and 10 batches of Sudria chocolate and chocolate products imported by Guangzhou Angfeng Import and Export Co., Ltd. were not allowed to use food additives in excess of the scope.
2 Cosmetic aspects
A total of 9 batches of cosmetics were not allowed this time. Among them, 4 batches of 4 batches imported by Shanghai WailianFa Import & Export Co., Ltd. are Kofuman Water Essence Foundation in Japan, and 2 batches imported by Fujian Chengying Trading Co., Ltd. are brown fruit soap in Taiwan.
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine stressed that the food and cosmetics that were not allowed this time have been returned or destroyed according to law.
