During the excavation of Mawangdui, a piece of cloud-patterned lacquer was found, and when the archaeologists opened it, they found that it was a lotus root soaked in the soup, and the lotus soup from 2,000 years ago was so well preserved, how amazing.
But just after the photographer next to him took a picture of the bowl of lotus soup, because the entry of air destroyed the preservation of the ingredients, the lotus slices "melted" at a very fast speed and finally disappeared completely. Such a short-lived flash of relief made archaeologists sad, because without proper protection, this priceless treasure was instantly destroyed, leaving only a photo that was not clear.
