In the first two years, the hit of "Yanxi Raiders" made many people understand the character of Ai Xinjue Luo Hongzhi, in the play, he was crazy and did everything out of the ordinary, which was the origin of all the storms, and the emperor was particularly tolerant of him. In the historical records, the facts are also true, And Hongzhi can be said to be willful, but in detail, most of his extreme actions actually have a sense of great wisdom and foolishness and wisdom to protect himself.
Born in 1711, Hongzhi was the fifth son of the Yongzheng Emperor and was promoted to prince of Heshuo in 1733. Two years later, the Yongzheng Emperor collapsed, and his brother Hongli took the throne. The Yongzheng Emperor was a figure who had experienced the scene of "Nine Dragons Taking The Concubine", but his own heirs were thin, only 4 sons grew to adulthood, and when he died, one of the four sons was still very small, one had fallen out of favor, leaving only Hongli and Hongzhi, two princes who could succeed him, and Hongli was his favorite candidate.
Hongli, that is, after the Qianlong Emperor ascended the throne, Hongzhi, as the only brother who was close to the emperor, was naturally valued and treated favorably. In the palace, he had many privileges to avail for, and he could also participate in politics and deliberations, and the most outrageous thing was the dispute with his relatives in the court. At that time, Ne Qin was already a military minister and was also given the title of first class duke, but Hongzhi did not seem to take him seriously at all, and once when he went to the court, because of a disagreement, he actually beat up Ne Qin.
What was even more bizarre was that the Qianlong Emperor sat on the dragon chair, and after reading the whole process, he neither stopped nor blamed it, so he lightly exposed the matter. From then on, when hongzhi "mighty zhen chaotang", none of the civil and military officials dared to provoke him, and some old ministers even walked around when they saw this prince.
Of course, this is just a manifestation of his temperament, and the most incomprehensible thing is that Hongzhi is a "funeral enthusiast". He was particularly fond of funerals, and he personally directed funeral rites, and when others were weeping at the funeral, he drank wine for pleasure. When he slept, he would also put some meditators on the edge of the bed, others felt obscure, and he had a word: "People are not dead for a hundred years, what is there to avoid?" ”
He acted so really that it was even impossible to tell whether he was a wise man or a true mischievous personality, and only from the only poem he had left, people could get a glimpse of what he was thinking. The poem is titled "Jin Zhun Yin": "The world is impermanent and the golden bottle is delayed, and the cup and cup are drunk and red dust." Life is rare to have a confidant, push the cup for the cup of words ancient and modern. ”
Some historians call this poem a "life-saving poem", which is a manifestation of Hongzhi's escape from the world, and he told his brother the Qianlong Emperor through this poem that I only want to indulge in fine wine and have fun in time, so drunk that I can't see the worries of life, and I have no intention of imperial power disputes!
It was this attitude that made the Qianlong Emperor extra tolerant of all the behaviors of The Prince, and even if he said some of the following offenses, Qianlong would not care. Qianlong once supervised the eight banner disciples in the Zhengda Guangming Hall of the Qianqing Palace, and at noon Hongzhi asked the emperor to retire to the court for dinner, but the Qianlong Emperor did not agree. Hirohito hurriedly asked, "Shang suspicious I bought the shi zi ya?" ”
In fact, Hongzhi may have been joking at that time, meaning that the emperor did not think that I and these disciples would privately accept each other? In fact, this was a very sensitive topic, but the next day Hongzhi came to the emperor to plead guilty, and Qianlong treated him as usual.
In 1770, Hongzhi, who was close to the year of Hua Jia, died of illness, and Qianlong gave him the title of "Gong" (恭), and the title was hereditary. In this way, the absurd prince who pretended to be crazy and stupid all his life not only received a good death himself, but his descendants also received his blessings, and future generations would naturally be grateful to this wise and foolish ancestor.
