What a delicate little kai!

Song Lian (1310-1381) was a native of Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province. Han Chinese, writer and historian of the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties. Fang Xiaoru's teacher, who served as Hanlin and revised the "History of Yuan", was once praised by The Ming Taizu Zhu Yuanzhang as "the head of the founding ministers", and scholars called Taishi Gong. Song Lian, together with Gao Qi and Liu Ji, was known as the "Three Great Poets of the Early Ming Dynasty". He was exiled to Maozhou because of his eldest grandson Song Shen's involvement in the Hu Weiyong party case, and died of illness on the way. His representative works include "Sending Dongyang Horse Birth Sequence" and "Zhu Yuanzhang Fengtian Fengtian Northern Expedition" and so on.
