Project background
This project is one of the villas in a tourism development project, the entire project is positioned as a home vacation villa, mainly for families or companies to provide high-quality vacation space. There are about 20 villas in the project, each of which is designed with a different body to meet the needs of different groups of people.
Topic requirements
The project is located in the tropical seaside, the climate is high all year round, the sun is abundant, the scenery is pleasant, and the owner requires that the layout of the space be as open as possible. Surfing is more popular in the local area, and this villa needs to reflect the main body of surfing, and it also needs to be able to reflect regional characteristics.

The project itself has a dedicated restaurant, and the interior of each villa has simplified the kitchen to meet simple food heating and coffee brewing.

Façade design
The local forest is dense, and the aborigines mostly use wood to build houses, and the villa uses wooden facades and roofs to reflect the local characteristics. In order to meet the high-quality requirements of the project, the wood has been finished, with a large area of floor-to-ceiling glass, the roof is made of wooden structure, the form echoes the topography, and the treatment of the slope roof on all sides is done, and the whole building is light, modern and reflects the local characteristics.
