The first manny saves Sid, who has offended the rhinoceros, and then the human child who is being hunted down by Diego. Manny and Sid decide to return the child to humans, while Diego and the Sabertooth Tiger gang wipe manny and Sid away. In the final moments, Diego helps Manny defeat the other saber-toothed tigers, and Manny and Sid succeed in returning the child to humans.

In the second part, the earth heats up, the glaciers melt, and the animals of the valley are forced to rush to "Noah's Ark", and Manny, Diego, and Sid meet another woolly elephant, Ellie, and two possums on the way. Sid also became the "Fire King" of the sloth tribe and was almost sacrificed. In order to save Sid, Diego overcame his weakness of being afraid of water.

In the third part, Sid accidentally picks up three dinosaur eggs, and the three dinosaur eggs hatch into three small dinosaurs, and the mother dinosaur finds them and takes them back to the age of dinosaurs. Manny and Ellie have a child, Peach.

In the fourth part, the continent began to split. Manny, Diego, and Sid accidentally drift adrift on a split ice boat, encounter a group of pirates, and take a lot of trouble to escape.

In the fifth part, the earth is facing a meteorite crisis, and Manny and his gang go through another adventure to solve the crisis.
