Sitting on the Big Four? Will the Pelicans do a lot this season?
In an NBA regular season game today, the New Orleans Pelicans defeated the Charlotte Hornets 124-112. Since the start of the season, it has won two consecutive games. Defensively, he also showed excellent rim protection and rebounding protection, and his amazing form was an important factor in the Pelicans' ease of victory over opponents in the game.
Judging by the Pelicans' performance in their first two games, they are definitely a team to be reckoned with this season, with a fairly complete roster that can form a Big Three of Williamson, Brandon Ingram and CJ McCollum after the return of Zion Williamson, but that's without counting Valanciunas.
With Valanciunas' ability and his performance in the NBA in recent seasons, he can be considered the fourth biggest player on the team, and he is also the number one quality interior in the entire NBA arena. Add to that rising stars like Trey Murphy and Herbert Jones, and maybe the Pelicans have a chance to be a dark horse this season?
