The group stage will take place from 4 November to 28 November (Wednesday and Saturday in November), with each team playing the remaining four teams in the group, including two home and two away. In the 2023-24 season, all teams will still play 82 games in the regular season (only the two teams that will advance to the mid-season tournament finals will play 83 games, one more than the rest of the teams).
Entering the knockout stage of the mid-season tournament, the quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals will all be played in a single-elimination format, and the semi-finals and final championship matches will be played in Las Vegas.
