The netizen left a message saying that in cities such as Xi'an and Lanzhou, vacant housing property fees are charged at a discount. It is hoped that Kunming or Yunnan will also introduce the relevant management measures and specific implementation rules for the collection of vacant housing property fees as soon as possible.

If the property service provider has already provided services in accordance with the agreement and relevant provisions, the owner shall not refuse to pay the property management fee on the grounds that it has not accepted or does not need to accept the relevant services.
