The first is to carry out global inspections and weave a dense drug safety network. Pay close attention to key varieties, key links, and key areas, in-depth investigation and resolution of drug safety risks, increase the intensity of case investigation and punishment, severely crack down on violations of laws and regulations that endanger drug safety, and effectively ensure the safety of drug use by the people.
The second is to carry out drug sampling inspection to identify drug quality risk points. Plan in advance and carefully organize and carry out the 2024 drug supervision and sampling work. Carefully select sites, and focus on sampling private hospitals, township health centers, village clinics, community health service centers (stations), clinics, rural or suburban pharmacies (single pharmacies, chain stores). Pay attention to the diversity and coverage of sampling dosage forms, and improve the "hit rate" of drug sampling inspection, counterfeiting and inferiority.
The third is to carry out publicity and education to urge enterprises to implement their main responsibilities. Combine "law enforcement inspection + law popularization publicity" to explain the knowledge of laws and regulations of "two products and one machine", especially the newly implemented "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Drug Operation and Use Quality", to explain the problems existing in the process of enterprise operation, strengthen the sense of self-discipline of enterprises, operate in good faith, and ensure drug safety.
