On the afternoon of March 21, the Yungang District People's Procuratorate held the third centralized study meeting of the Central Group of the Party Group in 2024. The conference was divided into three agendas: collective learning, exchange and discussion, and individual self-study. Lei Xuejun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Procurator General, presided over the meeting, and team members, directors of various departments and relevant staff attended the meeting.
The meeting conveyed and studied the speech of Ying Yong, Secretary of the Party Group of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and Procurator General, at the video and telephone conference of the national procuratorial organs to study and implement the spirit of the National People's Political Consultative Conference, the important exposition on strengthening and improving the work of the CPPCC and the comprehensive development of consultative democracy published in the magazine "Qiushi" from February 2013 to June 2023, the spirit of the National "Two Sessions" in 2024, the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Inspection Work, and the spirit of the Political and Legal Work Conference of the Municipal Party Committee.
Subsequently, Liu Yanzheng, director of the office, Huang Yuqing, director of the First Procuratorial Department, Wu Qiong, director of the Second Procuratorial Department, Hao Lifen, director of the Third Procuratorial Department, and Ma Hongwei, director of the Fourth Procuratorial Department, made exchange speeches on studying and implementing the spirit of the important instructions on political and legal work.
At the meeting, Comrade Lei Xuejun, Secretary of the Party Group and Procurator General of the Yuan, emphasized that it is necessary to take the spirit of the two sessions as the guide, focus on the idea of the rule of law, learn and understand the essence and core content of the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, continuously improve the political position, improve the quality and efficiency of learning, continuously enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve the "two safeguards", fully perform the functions of procuratorial supervision, and strive to promote the comprehensive rule of law and the high-quality modernization of the procuratorial cause.
