First, Chief Wang, Shi Beile, and General Yue, the three major disciples have no lineage descendants

During the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty, Yang Luchan brought Mianquan into Beijing, and was recommended by his fellow villagers to teach boxing in the palace, and competed with the boxers in the palace, and played a fame, known as Yang Invincible. Later, there was the praise and inspiration of the couplet "Holding Tai Chi to Shock the World, Mind the Heroes with Unique Skills", and was inspired to create the name of Tai Chi Boxing, teaching the princes and nobles, and the famous Jingshi.

Yang Lu's Zen kung fu is so great, what about his heirs?

Yang Luchan's eldest disciple is Wang Lanting. Wang Lanting is the head of the Duanwang Mansion, and he is particularly fond of martial arts, not only shrewd and capable, but also tall and strong. When Yang Lu taught Duan Zizi to practice boxing, he often used Wang Lanting to try his hand to explain, and he was beaten more deeply than the experience of the strong road he taught, and slowly Wang Lanting got the essence of Taijiquan.

Under the arrangement of King Duan, Yang Luchan also served as a martial arts instructor in the flag camp. Only the flag people are taught, not the Han people, and the flag camp is only taught nearly eight banners, not the outer eight flags. At that time, the flag camp was divided into the East Eighth Battalion and the West Eighth Battalion, the East Eighth Battalion was a good fighting battalion, practicing wrestling, the life of the West Eighth Battalion was luxurious, the physique was poor, and it was not resistant to hardship.

At that time, most of the boxers were not proficient in learning because they couldn't stand the hardships, and their training intensity was too far worse than Yang Luchan's three sons. Only Shi Shaonan, the son of Shi Baylor, and Yue Zhuchen, a general from Wu Zhuangyuan, were diligent and studious, and officially apprenticed to Yang Luchan and obtained the true transmission of Tai Chi.

Wang Lanting later went into the mountains to seek Taoism, Wang Lanting taught a Li Ruidong, and the two were called brothers. Li Ruidong himself has martial arts, and he is very thoughtful, and the relationship between the rivers and lakes is very strong, because of his special relationship with Yang's Taiji, so he later set up his own door and created a name for Taijiquan all the way. Wang Lanting also had a brother Fu Zhou at the same time, but the boxing method was not transmitted.

Yang Lu has taught many people, but there are few who have really worked hard to practice, and even fewer in terms of pure skills. Later, Shi Shaonan died of smallpox, and Yue Zhuchen died in battle on the border. Yang Luchan no longer had the intention of teaching boxing, so he resigned as a martial arts instructor and left the flag camp.

Second, the status of Quanyou, Wanchun, and Lingshan is a slave, and they are not worthy of being called brothers and sisters with their masters

In addition, among the lower-level officers and guards in the banner camp, there were three more people who were taught by Yang Luchan and were recognized, namely Ling Shan, Wan Chun, and Quan You. They have their own strengths, Ling Shan is good at strength, Wan Chun is good at strength, and Quanyou is good at softening. Therefore, these six people are the six true legends of Yang Luchan outside his own family.

It's a pity that the nobility had a strong concept at that time, and Quanyou, Wanchun, and Lingshan were the guards of the Shenji Battalion, and they were originally Yang Lu's famous heirs, but they were discriminated against by the prince Baylor because of their low status. They are also banner people, and they think that the status of the three people is slaves, and they are not worthy of being called brothers and sisters with their masters, so these three people are Yang Luchan's personal inheritance, but they have to turn to the disciples and grandsons of Banhou who are younger than themselves.

Quanyou loves Tai Chi, is very filial to Yang Luchan, Yang Luchan told the old man to return to his hometown, Quanyou followed reluctantly, Yang Luchan said to him: I swore that day, all the kung fu has been taught to you, there is no trick left, in short, you remember "beat people in the circle, push people outside the circle" is. Quanyou's son later became independent and became Wu Taijiquan according to the Han surname. Quanyou's disciple Wang Maozhai became famous later because he could fight, and he had a rule for passing on boxing: not to teach the Qing court.

Under the name of Yang Luchan, Yu Wai is mostly an art investment teacher and has learned from many others. Although he is erudite, the inheritance will not be too deep for the inner boxing. Fall into the form, and there will be all kinds of inventions. There is a big gun Liu, who originally fought with Yang Banhou against the camp and also had a fight. Later, he studied under Yang Luchan, but his identity was the eighth disciple of Dong Haichuan of the Bagua Sect. His apprentices were more likely to learn from the Yue clan, and later they continued to study with the disciples of Ling Shan and Quanyou.

3. Yang Banhou's teaching is strict, he left Beijing in middle age, and his inheritance is not extensive

Tai Chi was originally a kung fu on top of foreign boxing. It's not just about how clever this boxing technique is, but it's originally an improvement on the basis of foreign boxing, so foreign practice methods have to be passed. Yang Luchan was very harsh on his son, and his eldest son, Yang Fenghou, rebelled because of excessive practice and depression, and later died of illness. Yang Luchan knew that martial arts were not easy to come by, and Yang Banhou was also tortured by high-intensity training to the point that he thought of suicide several times.

Regardless of whether the martial arts are inside or outside, you need to practice a fist repeatedly to a certain amount in order to practice its ability, but the most afraid of practicing boxing out of shape, it is best to slow down the movement and practice while checking. It's basically to train a tight offensive and defensive line, as well as a sudden attack on the strength of the punch. Therefore, the practice of boxing is divided into stages, and the key stage needs to be watched by the teacher. It is a very difficult process to develop unique skills.

The same slow practice, some people are relaxed, some people are just loose, the appearance is similar, but the effect is very different. And the naïve people think that if they do it slowly, their skills will accumulate deeper and deeper, and one day they will suddenly become masters. It's just a dream.

In addition to talent, the important thing is hard work, the Yang family has achieved the vanity of the disciples with their own hard work, and what they teach is actually the same, and there is no secret method. Yang Luchan's supervision of his three sons had been loosened one by one, and when Yang Jianhou arrived, he became more and more unbearable to discipline. Yang Shaohou can still rely on the correct concept to do things with people, but at this time, Yang Chengfu can only preach the real things, but there is nothing on his body.

Yang Banhou passed on boxing earlier, and many of the competitions of Yang Jiaquan were fought by Yang Banhou on behalf of his father, and the beaters were more powerful, and he had his father's style. During the Qing Dynasty, Yang Banhou was still teaching at work in the Shenji Camp, and after the Republic of China, the folk Taijiquan branch rose, and the concept was different from the original, and the harsh practice inherited by Yang Banhou could no longer be applied. The Yang family has the name of authenticity and actual combat, but it is difficult to recruit satisfactory disciples on the expansion portal, Yang Banhou left Beijing in middle age, and the authentic boxing method has not been spread.

Fourth, after Song Shuming, Taijiquan changed its style

After the Xinhai Revolution, Quan You was kicked out of the palace with the princes, he could do nothing but martial arts, Wang Maozhai took him in at home, and served for the rest of his life. Wang Maozhai publicly said to his disciples: My master is Quanyou, and my master is Yang Luchan. All the relatives of the Manchu Emperor came to worship the family, and they were not taught.

Ling Shan did not have many disciples, and his disciples later followed the Wu family with the disciples of the big gun Liu, and later joined the Taiji sect of Song Shuming, a member of Yuan Shikai's staff. Song claimed that Song's Tai Chi, his concept is very different from Yang's original biography, and he is mainly based on pushing hands and asking questions, but his theory is subtle, and there are wonderful methods for pushing hands, so that he was highly respected for a time and had a deep influence. Later, Taijiquan pursued volleying and other mystical pursuits, and most of the theories came from him.

Later, in the later period of the Republic of China, the grandchildren of the disciples invited Chen's Taiji to enter Beijing, and these soft and light followers of the road were many invincible, but they also adhered to the law, so that the form of Yang's Taijiquan was "kidnapped" in the case of changing the taste, and Chen's Taiji formed two forms with very different styles.

Yang Jianhou has been smart since he was a child, has a deep understanding of Jinlu, and is also good at pushing. Because of the generosity and the trend, although it is not the same as the Wu family, the foundation is solid, and later Yang Shaohou and Yang Chengfu developed well under the shadow of their ancestors. But it is also more inclined to be a hand-holder, and less to a thug. Yang Banhou's skills are no more.

However, the intensity of practice is not something that the rich and noble can bear, and the capital is Tai Chi, just playing, and the development is so great, but there are too many idlers. It was originally boring, because the expectation of victory and defeat inside and outside the circle became interesting.

It is enough for one or two people who can fight against the door from generation to generation, and there are martial artists on top, celebrities and scholars can talk freely, and firmly believe that when they can't practice, they can't do anything, and once they become enlightened one day, they will be so powerful.

People in the city, where they use force, in addition to curing diseases and keeping fit, that is, a business dispute, they can't experience the cruelty of the green forest. Forming a team of brothers and sisters, when you are busy, you can have a foil, play Tai Chi, use your muscles and bones for a few more years, and try not to drag people down when you are old, which is a great benefit. Stable, peaceful, always good, up and down.
