According to the monitoring of the Guangzhou Meteorological Observatory, Guangzhou has reached the emergency response standards for activating meteorological disasters such as rainstorm level III and thunderstorm and gale level IV.

The Guangzhou Meteorological Disaster Emergency Command decided to start the emergency response to the Guangzhou Meteorological Disaster Rainstorm Level III and Thunderstorm Gale Level IV from 7:08 on the 21st.

Subsequently, according to the monitoring of the Guangzhou Meteorological Observatory, Guangzhou City has reached the level III emergency response standard for initiating meteorological disasters (thunderstorms and gales). From 8:13 on the 21st, the Level IV emergency response to meteorological disasters (thunderstorms and gales) in Guangzhou was upgraded to Level III emergency response.
